Had my earwax removed by James and I am really happy with the results. I had started to develop pulsatile tinnitus in my right ear, I could hear my own pulse constantly. This has completely gone after James removed the wax. My ears feel completely clear now. I would highly recommend going to see James if you're experiencing this. I know it's not nice to look at but I just wanted to attach a picture of the wax that came out of my ear just to show what this service can do for you.

Great service, had a free consultation and upon establishing ear wax in both ears had the micro suction procedure. It was well worth the 65 to hear properly again. The consultant was friendly and very efficient. I will definitely use this service again if needed in the future.

YPC went over and above to ensure that my family and I had the correct travel jabs in time for our recent trip. They even came to my house - at no extra charge - to administer one of the injections. Matt and James were very professional and polite at all times and I’d not hesitate to use YPC again.

Switched to YPCHealth for my regular blood tests after my usual clinic massively increased the prices. Went along for a Sports Blood Test which set me back a total of £195. Appointment time of 7:30 am was ideal as it allowed me to be back in time to do the school run. Results came back back within the 72 hour window and the format was easy to understand (it would appear its the same testing company as my previous tests but YPC are not looking to massively profit from this). Doctor was professional and friendly, didn't feel at all judgemental when I explained the reasons for the blood test. All being well I will return in three months as I continue to monitor my progress.

(Edit! GP praised the quality of the test and the test results. They said it was a great job) Wanted a spirometry test. Got an appointment at YPC for the following afternoon. I just needed the test, not a full diagnostic write up so this was ideal. Everywhere else I looked privately I was forced into getting a consultants report to go with my results, at a much greater cost. This cost me £75, saved me a 6 month NHS wait and put me and my doctor in a position to be able to look at what the next steps are in a timely fashion. Great experience in the office as well. 10/10. More than happy. 😀

Needed a last minute ear wax removal and James managed to fit me in on the day. I was going on holiday the next day and my ear was causing me discomfort. James was fantastic and very skilled in the removal of ear wax from both my ears. Would definitely recommend!
