I have called Arty feeling hopeless after seeing the doctors and A&E department for months to help with sudden onset of allergies in a form of swelling and hives multiple times each week. Arty’s positive attitude is contagious and his approach is very different, a real holistic view. He gave me exercises to do at home daily and advised a change in diet. After following his advice, the change was unbelievably fast - from hives and swelling in various body parts a few times a week to sporadic small reaction once in a blue moon. There is more work to do to bring my body back to full balance, but with Arty’s help I am confident that I’m on the right path 💙
