Had my brows done by Rachael today who has honestly given me the best brows ever! Shaped and coloured perfectly as well as learning some valuable styling tips. She had amazing knowledge and passion for the brand which is great to see and even guided me to some skin care products too which I can't wait to try

Amazing experience with Rachael. I usually use the metro centre, however have rebooked in regular appointments at this counter as the service is incredible. Rachael gives so much care and attention and talked me through all of the new product launches within benefit. I’m so excited to try the skincare products I purchased too. Cilkie gave me a brow wax and tint and she was amazing. I felt very comfortable on the counter and she talked through what she was doing each step of the way! She is a credit to the team. I will be booking in again to see cilkie and I can’t recommend her or the other girls on the counter enough.

I got my eyebrows waxed by Lola on Saturday, ahead of a holiday I have planned. Lola was very good, she ensured to wax my eyebrows how I like them keeping the thickness but providing a much better shape as they had overgrown. It was not painful at all. She took the time to explain what she was doing, as well as show me at each step to check if I was happy. Lola was very pleasant l, engaged In conversation and has good technical skill and I will definitely go back to her again to get them done ! Thank you :)
