Tried this restaurant for the first time yesterday. We went for the traditional options on the menu ( haggis supper and macaroni and cheese ). These came with a choice of options as well as bread and butter and two pots of tea. The portions were excellent as was the food. The menu contained a wide variety of options. We couldn't fault the service as we were warmly greeted and very well looked after. The toilet was very clean and well maintained. We will certainly be back and I would certainly recommend this restaurant.

This place is the bane of my life. Since it opened up across from my office, it is a constant temptation. There are good chippy's in Dunfermline. This one is the stand out best of the bunch. Food is cooked to order, but you're rarely kept waiting long. Eat in, or take away you're assured a decent meal. Staff are friendly and helpful. Gluten free menu available on Tuesday and Sunday I think. Check for confirmation. Premises kept very clean. And if you ask nicely, they will do you a bag of batter bits, or scraps. Or whatever you call them where you come from. As I write this now I fancy a fish supper, but sadly I am stuck in the East Midlands for a few days and I cannot face the horror of the fish down here. Can't wait to come home and get the real deal.

As chippies go. You won't find much better anywhere. Fish tea- Breaded fish, chips, mushy peas, pot of tea, bread and butter.

Had the most amazing Fish & Chips here. I wasn't sure what to expect like most F & C shops, but wow! Batter was perfect! Mushy peas was spot on! And the service was amazing! Shame I'm only in Dunfermline for 1 day or they would most definitely get my return custom 5 🌟

Delicious gluten free scampi and chips 😋 Freshly cooked to order. Lovely staff. Great care taken to avoid cross contamination. Very impressed. A popular chippy. Well worth waiting for.

Some of the best fish and chips I’ve ever had, fish was lovely and white and the batter crispy. The staff were the most welcoming people I’ve ever met and make me want to keep going back, the only downside was we couldn’t tip on card :(

Supberb fish n chips 😋. Everything is delicious, Jim & Fiona are so friendly. Defo give it a try. I only ever have fish n chips but others dishes everyone enjoys & keeps coming back every week or even more than once a week.

We go regularly and every time the staff are super friendly and efficient, the dining in area is spotlessly clean and the Haddock is best anywhere that I know of. Good options on portion size. My wife is coeliac and needs the gluten free option, which again is the best that can be found.

Popped in here for a family meal. The food was top notch! Haddock, king rib, fish cake, smoked sausage and chips. All divine! The batter was perfect, and the chips! Haven't had chips as good as these in years! Everything was freshly cooked. Lovely, helpful staff and the restaurant was spotless. Highly recommended this hidden gem.

Out of this world fish and chips. Did the dine in option, very busy little place and I can see why. The food is amazing , had a mini fish supper with curry sauce. Chips were incredible, very little residual oil. The fish had a really light and crispy batter and the curry sauce has a light kick with plenty of flavour. A gem of a place to eat. Thank you
