Angela was extremely approachable, compassionate and understanding when dealing with my recently bereaved Mother's ash to glass request. We were given a selection of options and at no time felt under pressure of a hard sale. We made more than one visit until Mum made any final decision and we never felt like a nuisance. Mum is over the moon with her final product and can't speak highly enough of the service received.

I called up fairly desperate as we had left our gift to the last minute for a friends 30th. I called the shop and couldn't have been more grateful for the help I received. We were able to pick it up within the hour and it was absolutely perfect! Gret hip flask and engraving exactly as I'd asked! Will most definitely be back!
