I am not surprised in the slightest that Willie has as many 5⭐as he does. What brilliant customer service this man gives. I picked up my watch and was amazed at the result he had achieved. My watch looked amazing. unfortunately the strap Willie put on was too small ( no ones fault) and I went back to show him. He immediately put on a longer strap there and then. (He could have said come back, but he didn't) for me that was going the extra mile. I can't recommend this guy enough.

Hour Willie is probably the best hidden secret for knowing everything you need to know on watches. He is super friendly and works quickly. We took a brand new Hugo Boss watch (not cheap) to him to some links removed as it was too big and he really looked after it for a bargain price. So I have used Willie on 4 occasions now, all for different reasons. Polishing scratches and dinks out my Omega/Tudor, both watches like new. Polishing dull Tiffany jewellery, again like new. Fixing a crown on an Tag watch, which Willie sorted and polished up, flawless. Links out a Tudor, perfect. All done to shop/maker standard, without the price tag! Highly recommended for service and a great guy to chat to as well!
