They have a Gym here set up for Gymnastics which has lots of various different equipment types from parallel bars to the Rings. The classes they run here to little ones are great. My 3 year old grandson goes here to one of the sessions. Then we stay for the next session which is a free for all runaround. They offer different facilities such as computer work stations and run their own radio station to name a few. Thier cafe is great too There is also plenty of parking on site Great way to spend a few hours fun with little ones

Fantastic facility for gymnastics. Also enabling services for young people across the vale including young carers and excellent media facilities. YMCA has fantastic room hire space for all needs, as well as well equipped office space for business. Also has a wonderful cafe area with the tastiest treats! Can't recommend YMCA facilities enough!

My girls attend gymnastics here. It's a lovely club clean and tidy, also bro radio is inside main building. Lovely friendly staff

My son has been attending gymnastics here since March 2018. The coaches have encouraged him and really brought him out of his shell. Their dedication is second to none! Throughout the last year they have provided daily online classes and support, keeping the children active and motivated. The Head of men's development has been amazing and his commitment goes above and beyond.

I take my daughter her for her gymnastics every week. The front deck is lovely and the receptionist is very polite and always helpful. All the staff are ready to help at any time. They have very thing you need for the kids to enjoy them selfs

My daughter has been a member of the gymnastics clubs here at Barry Ymca for 7 years. Over these years she has seen the gymnasium develop and fantastic new equipment . My daughter has always enjoyed going to gym and always had brilliant experiences . The coaching team are simply one of the kindest and supportive people , who make every child feel welcomed and important. Each child is encouraged to develop at their own pace, and every achievement is celebrated . My daughter has always felt happy and I would encourage any new gymnasts to join this club. 🥰👍

Great fun for kids and incredible food served for a really cost effective price in the cafe upstairs. The staff in the cafe and in the gymnastics area are all accommodating and supportive and it's a great day out for a really low price.

Brilliant local hub. My son goes to gymnastics here several times a week and loves it. There is a nice cafe with internet and computer access but this is currently closed due to Covid-19.

Fantastic gymnastics club!! Having attended this club myself and loved it I put my son into gymnastics at age 5 - he too absolutely loved it!!!! He had such a great relationship with the coaches, Brad, Charlotte, Chloe, Jess, Gareth, Lizzie and Emma and thoroughly enjoyed attending his weekly sessions. My daughter then started age 3 and was invited into the competitive squad almost immediately. Her progress has been phenomenal! Her personal coach, Lizzie, is patient, caring, understanding and professional. I have been taking my youngest daughter to Gymtots sessions since before she could walk, she now attends Gymjynx sessions on her own which she started 'mid' pandemic (Sept 2020 - The health and safety of both children and staff has been of paramount importance and I have felt entirely safe sending my children to the centre during this time). Megan's, Head of pre school coach, approach and knowledge to coaching very young children is second to none! I would highly recommend this gymmastics club!

Both my daughters have attended YMCA gymnastic club since they were 3 and 4. They are now 8 and 9. The coaches are amazing making sure every child reaches their potential.
