I couldn’t recommend Oakhill veterinary group enough. Sue on reception was amazing and guided us the whole way with our poorly 18 year old Snoopy, being kind and caring the whole time. Claire the vet was caring and professional, helping us to say goodbye to Snoopy and we will forever be thankful to Oakhill for helping us at such a difficult time. If I could give 100 stars I would. And thank you for the lovely card!

We had outstanding service from these vets on a recent holiday to the Lake District. Our black lab was injured on a Saturday afternoon and was bleeding pretty heavily. Oakhill, despite being closed, saw our dog within the hour and patched him up. They sent all the relevant info to our own vets the same day so he could get the most appropriate follow-up treatment when we returned home. They have been incredibly helpful with the Insurance claim too. Highly recommended!

Placed regular order for cat food, system does not give you a automatic email to confirm order has been received, i highlighted this last year & to date they still 'looking in to it'! DPD was supposed to deliver it today, waited in but no sign. Received a text to say no one at home and to collect from a DPD shop, i was at home & have cctv to prove it, furthermore they took a pic off the supposed delivery address which was not mine! I contacted Hills who were no further help except refund! Hills used to be good a few years ago but it appears they have expanded rapidly without the resources to match, they claim they never had an issue with DPD and it must be just me - well if you google DPD it seems 99% off there clients have issues so not just me! I will go elsewhere in future for my cat food!

I Have used Oakhill vets in Windermere for nearly 14 years, they are always professional, caring and very understanding in all situations with pets, i recently had to make the awful decision to have my cockapoo euthanized and they were all so kind and lovely at such a sad time, thankyou.

Excellent customer services .I'm so glad I found this kitten food on line .This vet practice is very good,Arrived in no time. I will definitely order again before my kitten food runs out .I have a ragdoll kitten with a sensitive stomach. He has the ID pouches too . I think this is already working on his stomach. No more runs ! . Equals happy cat .

Oakhill vets are very thorough and conscientious. I know my dog is in good hands there. They're very patient, and take time to sort out any problems. I never feel rushed. My dog has a weight problem so I've joined their health plan which is a monthly payment, and you get flea and tick treatment and access to the weightloss clinic thrown in. Well worth doing.

My Golden Retriever cut his paw on the journey up to the Lake District. Oak hill Vet Group in Windermere could not have been more helpful. They gave me an appointment that afternoon and Vet and team were brilliant. Practical reassuring and good advice. They also sent notes to my own vet. V impressed and highly recommended.

Fantastic service at short notice. Helped us out with removing some ticks from our dog. Even provided advice and a demonstration of how we could remove them ourselves in the future. Will definitely keep in mind for next time we visit the lakes.
