Moved me yesterday to a second floor flat. The lads were great to get on with and nothing was a problem. The job was priced very competitively too. Great service from start to finish. Would highly recommend

Started out positive, guys were really friendly and seemed efficient. However lots of problems noted from the move itself. Fridge freezer was scratched and have spent over 2 months trying to get it sorted and still no luck. Broken glass picture frames which I was quite good about, broken monitor screen which was wrapped appropriately just something put on top of it rather than leaving it on top. Boxes marked fragile bashed, my mattress was recently new and was so dirty when it arrived at our new house had to have it cleaned. The only thing I wanted was my fridge freezer repaired but can see that is never going to happen now. I try and support smaller local businesses however this time was a mistake. Further to response to this below - it is not an American Fridge Freezer style at all just a normal one. We reported as soon as we saw the damage. There is also nothing in their contract to say you can't move an item or insurance would be void and the insurer said that wasn't an issue to me anyway as I had to speak to them directly. I wrapped everything with bubble wrap and card or extra padding where necessary and this company recommended another company to get the boxes from. The insurer said as the cost was below excess that it was just to be sorted directly which wasn't actioned.

Magicians…that’s what they are! From the moment Anthony’s team arrived they put us at ease. When we looked around the house in the morning prior to their arrival…we thought, “it ain’t gonna fit!” The tall gentleman (sorry, we nicknamed you Lofty as we didn’t know your name) made us feel relaxed from the start, as did all the lads…fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble…caring, funny, friendly, respectful, courteous and above all professional at all times. Thank you to all at Parnaby Removals and especially the team of lads which helped us move, you made a very stressful experience pass very smoothly. Due to an administrative mixup, my movers arrived unprepared for the full-service move I was expecting. But between the very helpful and courteous movers themselves and the dutiful, concerned service of Anthony over the phone, the whole thing got sorted in short order...in spite of the guys being overloaded with jobs this time of year! I have a TON of stuff and don't envy the movers their job when tackling it. Parnaby's movers were consistently courteous and helpful, and the two men who had to finish the job really put themselves into it to get done in time. I've used Parnaby before, always recommend them and will come back to them for my (inevitable) next move.

Cannot recommend Parnaby House Removals enough, we made a last minute decision to get removals in due to my partner being unwell just before we were due to move house. Anthony came round the same day we called, gave us a fair price, dropped packing boxes and tape off the following day and managed to get us moved literally within a few days! Took all stress away. Nothing was too much trouble and Harry and Tom were amazing, helpful polite and took great care of all our furniture. Thank you!
