Great site in the heart of Bristol, so quiet as well (apart from the sea gulls). A short walk into the City and Clifton suspension bridge and pubs, the wardens are some of the friendliest we have met. Can't complain about anything. Shame it's going but we finally got here and may try again to visit this amazing site

Pefect spot for visiting Bristol harbour area. Easy to find.. Amazing it was so quiet. Clean facilities only 3 showers for ladies but a small site so time it well... Good spaces for vans and caravans. Gate at back at you walk right out to the harbour.

Great location, next to the river. Because of this the prices are sky high for essentially camping in a car park with no attempts made to soften the environment or make it look nice. Facilities are very good, if dated. Shame that waste water is poured into the ground by where you camp and so some of it ends up running to your spot. Staff are helpful and friendly. A lot of rules and signs. Overly bright at night so make sure you have blackout curtains in your van!

Great stay, small motorhome and caravan site. But really worth the five night stay. Walking distance to Harbour area, bus stop to City Centre and good connecting buses, trains to Bath. both very good cities with lots of history.

Wow what a location being able to walk into the town in 30 mins or catch the water bus boat for £4 per adult (much more exciting way to travel) Loved popping out the campsite gate and chilling on a bench by the water with a glass of wine. If you run out the local pub is about 2 mins away very friendly. We'll be back!

Very conveniently and ideally placed for a break away in Bristol. Although it is a very clean and tidy site, the toilet/shower blocks are very run down and dated..compared to other CAMC sites.

Annoyingly our pitch was immediately next to where motorhomes and campervans fill up with fresh water and dispose of their waste water. This made our stay far from restful with at least 20 on a Sunday afternoon and even one at 4 in the morning! We were also next to the washing up area and some inconsiderate campers were washing up at 10.30pm making a lot of noise. This was dealt with by the wardens who had also been disturbed. If we ever come again it would only be if we could be assured not to be on pitch 1. £45 a night was a price too high.
