What a great experience Berrow Motors gave. Emailed enquiry Monday Evening and was called back Tuesday Morning 1st thing. They were then able to squeeze me in the same day. Arrange for my car to have a headlight restoration with Jordan. I arrived and Jordan got straight to work, meanwhile Dan made me a cup of tea and made sure i know where the wifi and facilities were. We popped by unscheduled as we had a warning light pop up during our family holiday. He checked out the car to make sure everything was fine, gave us some advice, topped up the coolant and sent us on our way. Great service and a credit to the area!

Simply put, if you're looking for second hand car, you will not be able to beat the customer service and after sales care provided by Dan and the team. We had a couple of minor issues with the Porsche we purchased. Most companies would have tried everything to get out of helping. The team at Berrow motor's could not have been more helpful, fixing each issue almost immediately without charge or question I will definitely be buying from them again. Just bought my new Suzuki from Berrow. Jason steered the sale through, I had excellent communication, and I felt I could buy with complete confidence. When I picked up the car it was so clean and shiny it almost glowed!! Pricing was reasonable, and the service friendly....would definitely recommend.

Bought Honda CR-V at beginning of month. Had loud bang late last night and appeared to have suspension drop on left rear. Left vehicle at Berrow motors this morning unannounced. They kept the car and at 3pm in less than 6 hours replaced nearside shock absorber. Fantastic Service and Dan pleased to tell me that it was all covered under warranty. Second hand cars but first class quality and service! To find honest and personal service is absolutely confidence building when making such a large purchase. Josh picked up my little Fiat 500 today on behalf of Fiat. What fantastic service. Such a lovely chap and very thorough in his inspection. My car was loaded up and Josh didn’t mind me videoing them driving off. The peace of mind knowing my car is in the safest of hands is wonderful. Thank you Josh
