Worst events company ever they have £120 of my money and have been ignoring my requests for a refund! I want my money back, for an event that didn't happen!!! It was rescheduled and that's not going to happen now! But you are still selling tickets for the reschudled date and taking people's money! Discusting!!!

Purchased tickets for April 20, obviously got cancelled, Kong Events won't even reply back now in regards to refund, the very first email I received, stated that the event was just postponed. I obviously want my money back and now they are avoiding all forms of contacts. STAY AWAY FROM THESE ROBBIN C#$TS

Nightmare of a company, trying to get a refund for an event back in November 2020 that was postponed as no new dates are available and Kong Group don’t respond to emails, not that they have an email address anymore on their website, obviously took this down due to the level of complaints. Now having to go via small claims court to recover my money. Don’t touch this lot!

Awful company. Purchased tickets for an event in 2020 and have been chasing a refund for nearly a year now. Steer well clear of this company.

What a terrible experience. Purchased tickets and I made a typo error on my email. Emailed 2 different addresses given by company. No reply. Facebook message which they sent generic reply. 24 hrs later still nothing. The telephone on both days gave engaged tone. By which i point i was slightly concerned. No reply to email fb msg or phone. By 3pm I commented my concern on their fb page. Guess what they blocked me. Then sent a refund with a rude msg attached. I checked out this company on companies house I suggest others do the same. Oh it's not worth 1 star just wouldn't let me post no stars

What can I say about Kong events. Absolutely amazing. Mark has been amazing his customer service has been on point 1000%. We had an issue with a seller selling tickets for the event which wasn't authorised thought we had lost our money and Mark went out of his way going above and beyond to ensure we made the event and got our money. Awesome customer service best I have ever had. We just enjoyed an evening with Vinnie Jones Thursday 13th February at elland road. What an amazing night. The event was well organised and well run and they had some brilliant auction items as well. I would recommend them to anyone. Truly top class. Thanks guys will be sure to come to another event

Great customer service! Bought tickets as a gift and kept firing questions as I wanted to make it perfect. They responded to each one quickly and positively and the night went without a hitch.

Mark Brewer and 'Kong Events' are extremely rude and unprofessional. They have stolen money from me and many others. I have been trying to get a refund for 'An evening with Andre Ward' for over a year now. Kong events is fraudulent and not to be trusted.

Bought 'meet and greet' tickets for an evening with Andre Ward as a birthday present which was cancelled due to COVID. Been trying to get a refund for over 18 months as no comms of rescheduled date. No response via email, phone or social media.
