Everything
is
good
till
you
face
an
issue
with
your
product.
Moment
anything
goes
wrong,
they/their
so
called
industry
expert
will
say
that
it's
not
manufacturing
fault
and
hence
not
covered
in
their
so
call
20
years
guarantee.
We
got
our
sofa
after
wait
of
almost
9-10
weeks
and
the
fabric
slacked
and
we
sink
in
during
the
first
week
itself.
We
showed
the
pics
to
showroom
and
they
said
to
write
to
customer
care.
Customer
care
told
us
to
wait
for
2-3
weeks
for
sofa
to
settle
but
nothing
changed
during
that
period
too.
Then
came
the
industry
expert
to
review
it.
He
admitted
to
me
that
there
are
issues
with
sofa
and
agreed
to
slackness
and
sink
in
but
when
I
got
the
response
from
furniture
village,
they
said
it's
not
manufacturing
defect
as
per
report
and
hence
not
covered
under
guarantee
so
they
won't
do
anything
My
query
that
if
it's
not
manufacturing
defect
then
please
advise
me
reason
of
the
issue
or
poor
quality
,
is
still
unanswered.
They
have
now
asked
me
to
hire
an
industry
expert
and
get
it
reviewed
and
if
they
say
it's
manufacturing
defect
then
they
will
review..
Strange
that
they
are
not
able
to
take
ownership
of
the
defect
and
finding
ways
to
escape.
So
be
careful
before
buying
or
at
least
have
your
industry
expect
ready.
