Amazing property agency to work with! We had a very easy experience with Stuart's in finding a place to rent. They were prompt, well-organized and clear in their communications. The overall process was fairly straightforward with them. Their agreement process was mostly done online, which was helpful in the current times. A big positive aspect with Stuarts Home is that most of the property agencies wouldn't respond to viewing requests, wouldn't update the listing after a property is let/under application, and wouldn't get back to you if you had a question. However with Stuart's, we had no issues at all. They managed the listing very professionally, were quick to respond to our questions and were open to minor adjustments in the overall process. They are also very ethical through all the rental process. Starting with a "first come first served" regarding if you are interested on the property. We did the viewing, liked the house, payed the holding fee and right there the house was out of the market. When most of the times with other agencies you have to make an offer. Absolutely recommend Stuarts Homes!!

Best experience so far with a Property agency. Its rare to find such nice people and Amanda, Jack and Olivia I met are just awesome. My wife was communicating with them in start of our tenancy and she used to say that these guys are really wonderful and I started dealing with them while ending our tenancy and it turned out my wife was right. They are clear in communication, always prompt in responding to emails, and moreover they are really helpful. If I ever need to manage my property or anything related to properties in future it will definitely be Stuart’s (without any doubt) who will take care of it. I can't recommend them enough as they go above and beyond in helping and supporting. They helped me in sorting some issues in the house even after completing my tenancy. Originally planned on using another management agency... That was until I met Jack! I couldn't have been more impressed with the open and honest approach that Stuarts take. I have viewed many properties, mainly through major agencies, and have never been so impressed as to feel compelled to give positive feedback and leave a review. On arrival for my viewing, Jack was very welcoming and in the space of 10-15mins, he was thoroughly informative and courteous. It was refreshing to have an agent take the time to engage in conversation, taking an interest in my situation, giving reassurance of minor repairs that would be completed, and impressively taking into consideration the needs of my son, who has Autism, in such a compassionate and understanding manner. Jack's professionalism was of a noticably high standard and the appointment felt warm and personalised, which is incredibly rare and certainly sets Stuarts apart from every major agency. I genuinely would be delighted to rent a property through Stuart Homes, and I'm rather hoping the right house becomes available through them as this one wasn't quite right for my sons needs.
