The staff at Carpetright bent over backwards to help us sort out a tricky job in our attic. Like other reviewers state, Daz offers amazing, tailored and supportive customer service. His ability to explain the products and take you through options is outstanding and I would recommend talking to him if you are thinking of getting some carpet fitted. Hayden is also very friendly and helpful. We found Carpetright competitive on cost and the service was good, the fitter got Covid which delayed our fitting, but Daz did an amazing job at sorting it out us in as soon as he could. We would recommend the team, the service and the product, our attic is transformed!

Following my previous negative review of Aberystwyth Carpetright - (which appears to have since been removed) - and several phone calls plus visits to the store regarding unfulfilled promises to return to repair swollen, newly laid flooring, I am now very pleased to report that normal good service has resumed upon Darren's return to the store. Darren immediately contacted me to arrange for the fitter to call to make repairs, he also made a point of keeping me informed of the situation by phone until the repair was successfully carried out. Had Darren been on hand during the whole transaction I do not believe I would have encountered any of the problems in getting things sorted. Thank you Darren.

Brilliant shop with great service from Darren. I think it's the least complicated an most straightforward big purchase we have made. We thought the the lucky 'Great Golden Giveaway' was just a carpet right Gimmick. Then we realised our lucky ticket had given us a big amount of money off the final cost. We never win anything so this was icing on the cake. Meant two thirds off our carpet price. Beautiful carpet chosen with good clear advice from Darren on quality, durability etc.

Dazz is always so accommodating x I know he’s going through some troubles as he’s so good with customer service, I feel I could call him a friend. And how he always stays so positive amazes me. I don’t think he’s been given enough gratitude xx

Fantastic service by Darren today. He was very professional and made us feel as if nothing was an issue when working around our needs and preferences.
