I am thrilled & so very pleased with the design & my new ring. I was warned that reworking the platinum would be difficult but it’s been incorporated into the gold band & looks simply stunning. Had my engagement ring repaired, one of the claws was coming loose and diamond could have been lost. All claws remade and the ring looks like new. The work was done in about 3 days although I had been warned it might be 3 weeks. Very friendly and professional service

WHAT AMAZING SERVICE. The lady at the shop was so good in helping me get my watch back to normal. Both my pins popped out of my Citizen watch and she helped me get them back in and allow me to get back to my day. Very friendly and super helpful. Thanks guys.

I had my Omega Aqua Terra bracelet changed at GA. I needed to try a combination of different links to get the fit that I wanted. This took quite a while but the manager was very patient while I kept changing my mind and it now fits perfectly. Really helpful staff, great service and very competitive price. This is one of the best jewelers in Hove. Their customer service is really good. From watch repairs to pearl rethreading, all work is undertaken. We have had the best of service and assistance.

Attended the shop las a screw was coming out off my watch strap and I was worried it was going to come loose. Popped in and Cicely dealt with it straight away and for feee of charge! Def go back!
