Brilliant service at good prices. Always happy to advise and help with projects and much more than just timber. They'll cut lengths of timber to make it easier for you to transport, e.g. in our car. The cutting service is really good, they weren't so busy when we called and they cut lengths while we waited. Great company with great people.

Very friendly guys selling wood of a high quality. Always been really happy with the service and help they give. The wood they sell is also of a good quality and reasonably priced. Have ordered a decent amount and not had any warped or damaged items that couldn't be used. Way better than the popular DIY stores.

Had a delivery on Thursday - scaffolding went up unexpectedly earlier in the day making the delivery space very awkward. John the driver wasn't phased at all and did a great job getting it all unloaded and was so quick and efficient he'd finished before I got chance to say thank you! Would definitely recommend these guys.

Very helpful and friendly service. We need to support local companies or they will disappear. I didn’t have to search the isles for someone to help me, there was some one at the desk ready to help. They have many more tools and general DIY than just wood working equipment. Will probably never have to venture down the ring road again !

The guys at Keynsham Timber gave me good advice and the fence panels are brilliant quality, would recommend to everyone. We will be using them for our decking project.

Really helpful staff and quick delivery. Slightly more expensive than Wickes or B&Q but worth every penny when you see the quality of goods, much more robustly made and quality of wood. Delivery driver really helpful and friendly too.

Ordered diamond trellis to be delivered. Although they were really busy then delivered in 2 days. Very helpful on the phone. Very pleased with the trellis. Would definitely recommend this company.

Took me 2 days to get through to them to speak to them about delivery and arrangements of my order. To be told they can't deliver as I haven't ordered any timber products! I do not require timber as I already have this! Your loss of £500 surely anything is welcome money wise into your business. Someone called me 7hrs after refused order to explain further the situation, and to ask me to change my review with this in mind I've changed my review however I am still without products required to complete a job and I have a garden without fencing as I've been let down.
