Excellent staff, they went over and above to help us find the part and information we needed. This is an amazing store if you need anything to do with bikes, it's here, if not they'll be more than happy to find and order what you need. I highly recommend this business.

The team here at 2 wheels are the best. From sale’s through to service and urgent repairs, they have always made me feel like they care. On multiple occasions they have gone out of their way to get things done asap when I’ve needed it. Highly recommend taking time to go and visit the store, meet the guys and browse the brilliant variety of bikes and gear on display. It’s hard to visit without buying something. Keep up the good work lads.

What a result in finding this shop!! I've been around mountain bikes for a long while and was looking to source a particular bike. I rang 2 wheels only on the off chance that they could help. Nothing was too much trouble, from sourcing the bike and guaranteeing it was reserved for me, through to upgrading various parts pre collection without any need for deposits etc. Pete was excellent with his communication via email or on the phone regarding any queries I had regarding the bike, genuinely nothing was too much trouble. On collecting the bike Nige the mechanic talked me through the ins and outs of various parts and again I was left feeling as though the guys at the shop actually care that the customer is happy and confident in their purchase rather than just being seen as another sale through the till. Once home and riding the bike there was a tiny niggle that developed over the weekend, I dropped Pete an email and he was back in touch pre opening time on the next working day, the bike was returned for a 15 minute tinker with Nige that Wednesday after only being in touch one day previously, none of this, we'll fit you in when we can etc, it was just done whilst I chatted to the rest of the staff and drank the coffee that had been made for me. Absolutely awesome customer service and a real pleasure in meeting all of the guys who work there. 👊

Amazing shop to deal with. I’ve placed 2 orders so far online and am so happy with the service. Got a super fast delivery on a Nukeproof frame that was out of stock everywhere. Also ordered some new brakes that I asked for advice on adaptors and Nick called me back after doing research to find the parts I needed. Honestly this place is a rare find these days with this level of customer service and that’s coming from a retail manager of over a decade! Will be ordering everything I need from these guys! 😊

I have recently purchased a Merida One-Sixty 8k from the guys at 2 wheels only. Absolutely brilliant customer service and even put some extra bits on the bike for me. I have owned it for a few weeks now and safe to say it's an absolute rocket ship. I have beaten previous records with ease, and can now keep up with my friends that used to leave me in their dust. If you are interested in one of these bikes, then I can't sing their praises enough - take a demo bike out and give it a try for yourself.

What a fabulous bike shop, popped in for some advice and ended up buying ( with no pressure/my decision) a new Trek Domane SL6 which was a great choice, it is an awesome bike. Pete and Kyle were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. I was so impressed that when my wife wanted a new bike we narrowed down her search to a bike that these guys could supply, which they did and once again it was an excellent all round experience. Super impressed and we will return whenever we need any bits. Highly recommended, the shop is big, spacious, welcoming and well stocked, even with a double decker bus/coffee shop inside! Well what can I say? Britain's best bike shop and I truly believe that; top guys, top bikes and brands, what more can you want? I've been saved many a time by the guys in the workshop (mainly due to my mechanical incompetence) and they have always lent a helping hand, whether that be showing me how to bleed my new brakes, or extracting many a snapped bolt from my bikes, I cannot fault any of the staff here. If you want top service, all the bikes you could ever want from the best brands, brilliant prices, the workshop expertise, or even if you fancy a bloody brilliant coffee and cake, then 2 wheels only is the shop for you! I cannot thank you all enough for making me feel at home in the mountain biking community, it truly feels as though you all excel at everything that can be done with bikes, and the services you provide. Massive thank you to Nige, Steve, Anton, Nick, Pete, Kyle and crew, you are all brilliant! Cheers guys, keep smashing it! (Ps The Merida e160 is absolutely brilliant, it will certainly see some use on my behalf for sure!)
