Worst breakfast and hygiene I have ever experienced. Russian roulette for clean or dirt cutlery. No poached eggs, only fried, this confused me, so the unfriendly assistant pointed out that the poached eggs are Sent in. 🤣 Ultimate breakfast, but no toast, quadruple deep fried, old chip fat fried bread, an uncooked out of date giant mushroom, mingung burnt sausages, I could go on, but please, give a wide birth.

Quick order process. Even quicker delivery (freaky?) Food was decent quality but coldish especially the beans. Need something on table to put empty sachets etc Coffee self service but ok. Staff good and provide info needed before you ask Warm it up a bit and i will call again

Came for fish and chips orderd the ultimate got the tinyiest scragiest fish looks like ther takeing the big fish home and tasteted off had many times and know how fresh fish should taste either that or ot was not cod last time I had fish here it came in 3 pieces like it was dropped on the floor and put on my plate older woman at till rude dident want to give me refund and made me go to customer service to get a redund so it doesent show up on her till will go heywood for my Weekley shop and something to eat no wonder the cafe has no customers with staff like that .

Visited and have done many many times.. Walk in and feels quite eeerryyyy, not many people in, loads of empty tables and its quite cold.. Display cabinets seem empty and not inviting, tables were not clean and surfaces wernt either.. Lots of tables hadn't been cleared away and it wasn't busy. No staff on the till, they were in the back, took a while for them to see us.. Food was passable, some of it hot other bits luke warm.. Cups had been dishwashed and not clean inside properly, I could feel bits stuck on the outside like residue of food.. This used to be a beautiful, clean, welcoming place but its definitely gone down hill.. The atmosphere has gone, you could normally hear a busy kitchen and the clanging of pots.. Looks like half the kitchen isn't in use anymore.. I also understand covid and price inflation has had a massive impact on everything but some things have slipped.. Hygiene isn't how it should be.. Used to enjoy bringing the kids in at least once a week after school..

I've been in for breakfast a few times. The last time was a few days ago. I was hoping the service and standards had changed. The only thing that had changed was that there was more staff (chatting in the kitchen). The cafe was not busy but all empty tables (on every visit) were dirty (had to move 3 times) or full of empty plates etc. I asked a worker to clean my table, which she gave a quick wipe with a cloth (no spray). I told her that all the tables were dirty. She picked up a tray from the trolley and walked to the kitchen. Not once were any of the other tables wiped or cleared. There must have been 4-5 members of staff in the kitchen. What a sham of a place. The breakfast was disgusting. Cheap, poor quality food. I would gladly shake up the cafe and supervise the lazy staff!

I went to the store cafe and ordered veg breakfast which at 5:99 is an absolute joke,I got 1egg,roughly 2 spoons beans 1toast and 1mushroom ,1 horrible hash brown, 2 veggies sausage , the only thing hot and fresh was the egg and toast rest of the tings reheated, How do they justify charging 6£ for this we will never go there again

Just had breakfast the only issues i have on food is the beans or always cold. The trays could do with a good clean and the floor on the edge of the stands. We are in a time of covid, it ok sanitisers. But all areas need to be clean.

Came for breakfast, no cutlery, cups were dirty. Tables were full of old plates and were dirty. I asked for our table to be cleaned the lady was nice and did it straight away. It took ages for the food to arrive and when it finally did,I had no hash brown on my breakfast, I paid for extra fried egg 1 was raw the other overcooked. I paid for toast as there wasn’t any with my breakfast, 1 side was still bread the other side was just hard as if it’s been left to go stale. My mushroom was raw and the rest of it was cold. Absolutely disgusting. It wasn’t even busy there were only 6 other tables

Came here for a breakfast and was lukewarm, very over priced and served on a side plate all microwaved. We used to really enjoy coming here but was really disappointed wouldn't come back again. The staff clearly didn't want to be here either, hiding in the back and when they did appear in the cafe customer service was rubbish

i would like to complain about the experience i just had in your cafe. for a start it had a horrible smell and half of the tables were blocked of-understandable because of the covid regulations but the tables that were available were untidy and unclean. the knife and forks were really dirty i had to clean them myself (basic hygiene) and with covid that’s not good. also got told i couldn’t have porched egg but could have scrambled. still an egg isn’t it???? it came out quite poor and i payed decent money for that. the cup i was drinking out of wasnt nice at all had marks all around the top. i won’t be coming here again as i just felt really unclean and disgusting which i or anyone else shouldn’t have to feel when wanting to go out. thankyou and please take consideration of others and that they want to come out to have clean cutlery
