Right from beginning to end of my hair appointment I was immediately put at ease with complimented drinks throughout,friendly and helpful staff and my stylist was wonderful, so pleasant and very caring. My hair look beautiful after the haircut. Nicole made sure that my hair is done exactly how I asked for. I have long hair and it get tangled easily. But she was very patient during the whole appointment. All other staffs were also very friendly.

Vital has changed my view of salons completely! I get very anxious going to the hairdresser, when I go I like to make the most of the experience and Vital really deliver. There's no feelings of judgement only genuine kindness from everyone working there. Not only are you always greeted with beaming smiles and a drink but throughout your experience with them it always feels like nothing is too much trouble. All the stylists work incredibly hard and deliver fantastic results. If there's something you need changing they are only too happy to help. I honestly cannot thank you all enough for giving me a really memorable salon experience and I look forward to seeing you again soon.

What could have been the misfortune of having to change hairdressers, resulted in an incredible response. In particular, the colour Elen put through my hair was inspired and not only have I checked myself out in the mirror, loads of friends, colleagues and family members have mentioned how great it looks. This is the third time I have had the pleasure of Nick cutting and styling my hair. I picked Vital and Nick from the internet. I’m so pleased I did! I have had the best haircuts I’ve ever had. As I am out of the country for months on end (7+ months) my hair stayed in good shape and manageable all that time. A real sign of a good cut! I am no longer based in Somerset when I return, but London, so had to make a special journey for my latest ‘do’. I am not disappointed! Thank you Nick! (P.S.
