wife
and
I
started

Emily
just
over
a
year
ago

she
has

we

ever
want
in

Personal
Trainer.
We
both
had
anxiety
of
going
to
the
gym,
but
Emily
has
become
a
friendly
face
that
has
not
only
made
us
feel
comfortable,
but
even
enjoying
the
time
we
spend
there.
She
is
constantly
encouraging
and
supportive,
helping
you
to
get
the
most
out
of
yourself.
With
her
support
we’ve
both
lost
over
20kgs,
we’ve
seen
our
heart
rates
drop,
and
become
more
active
in
all
areas
of
our
lives.
I’ve
even
started
running
at
the
weekends,
and
she
shows
genuine
interest
and
offers
advice.
Working
with
Emily
is
a
joy,
she
is
not
the
type
of
trainer
who
will
shout,
but
is
completely
approachable.
She
will
change
the
sessions
based
on
current
circumstances
and
will
try
and
be
flexible
with
timings
when
needed.
If
you’re
struggling
with
your
goals
she’ll
help
you
reach
them.
You’ll
get
out
what
you
put
in
and
she
has
shown
to
be
a
wonderful
facilitator
of
that,
and
we
highly
recommend
her
for
your
fitness
journey
