Paid £160 for my phone to be repaired and they broke it even more and blamed it on me, horrible customer service from the guy called Ryan is very rude and defiantly doesn't know what he's doing. As a whole i'd say stay far away from this place since they take your money and don't even fix your phone and treat you like you have no clue what your saying, and also get some better staff which actually know how to treat customers.

Ryan was super helpful, responsive and his prices very competitive. I will definitely return if I have IT issues and I would recommend him.

Great little shop. They rebuilt my PC as I needed to change the case. Same day service and reasonably priced. Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them 10/10.

Screen cracked on iPhone. After being messed around by another company for a week with no fix, I popped into Alsager Computers at 11am and had a call by 1:15pm on the same day to say the replacement screen had been fitted and the phone is ready to collect. Reasonable pricing too. Definitely go back for the next inevitable cracked screen!

Went in to unlock my s8 and he said it could take a minimum of 4 hours maybe 8 so that would take it to the next day. Hour and half later I get a call saying it's done. The guy was very helpful and reasonably priced also. Would recommend
