The authentic taste of Indonesia. We ordered literally ordered one of everything. Our favourite dishes were the Fried Rice, Chicken Satay, Lemongrass Chicken and the Bang Bang Prawn! What an amazing taste. Cooked like real good home food! Bursting with flavours! Will definitely be visiting again! Amazing staff and a lovely service.

A real gem in the heart of central London. A family run restaurant with exceptional food quality. You can tell a lot of heart goes into the cooking from the explosive flavours. I had a wonderful experience, hospitality was exceptional and couldn’t highly recommend this place enough. Definitely will be coming around again 10/10

Yummy Indonesian dish! we went there 3 times, for both for dine-in and take away, All the food is authentic. Must try: their Bakso Urat is the best of the best, Nasi Padang, Nasi Ayam Geprek. The service is fast and friendly. ❤️ Very recommended.

Delicious food- all Halal! We tried a few dishes and I haven’t got a bad thing to say about any of them. Every dish was delicious, we even got some take out dishes which. Highly recommend! Its also in a great location- convenient public transport access and even a short walk from central areas like oxford st. Cosy atmosphere- staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Amazing food for decent prices! The beef rendang and the lemongrass chicken were out of this world, it’s hard to put into words how delicious it was. Well seasoned, hot but not excessively, the dishes were amazing. Couldn’t recommend it more!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE HERE AT ORIENTXPRESS!!!! Serving authentic indonesian food at reasonable prices!!! The food was sooo delicious. Tastes authentic and have not been changed to fit the western tastebuds which we are so grateful for!!! We ordered the roti prata with daging rendang, mie ayam, nasi padang and Kambing gulai with rice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE NASI PADANG AND KAMBING GULAI!!! The rice is sooo fluffy and the sambal is pedas!!! The rendang is authentic and really flavourful! Shop provides ABC Sauces to add into the mie ayam. Owner is from indonesia as well which means you know you can expect a good and authentic taste! They just opened and it will be great for people to come try their food! Wide variety of drinks as well!! Really near UCL Campus main campus and a short walk from warren street station! **Please note that the shop is sharing the location with a shop called “Fish and Bone” so on the street, look for the Fish and Bone shop sign!!

Amazing service and food! Tahmid is very friendly and makes our dining experience a memorable one. Will definitely come again!
