Red Brighton Blue is a perfect 10, an all around treasure, and will be my first choice when next I have the good fortune of visiting beloved Brighton. Excellence resounds at Red Brighton Blue. Owners Peter and Steve have perfected the provision of supreme hospitable accommodation in a space that is timelessly appointed, immaculately clean, and preferably located. Quality linens, heavenly mattress, plush carpet, sumptuous accoutrements, thoughtful details, strong, hot…..water pressure, and a comprehensive local e-guide- were just few of the special touches that made for an indelible experience that far exceeded my budget’s expectations. For the solo female (or otherwise vulnerable) travelers: Red Brighton Blue is a well secured property in a great neighborhood, with genuinely caring proprietors who are generous with their insight and warm candor. I felt entirely safe, welcomed, and able to relax, be present and enjoy my holiday without worry or inhibition. Thank you for a magic stay.

This is how a hotel should be run! Faultless. Super friendly owners, lovely personal touches in the room, absolutely spotless, with crisp white linen on a plush comfy bed, you can see Red Brighton Blue genuinely cares. Along with a great location just a hop skip and jump to the beach, this has to be the best place i have stayed this year (ive spent most of 2022 in hotels). Keep it up 😀

A lovely, comfortable hotel with a warm, welcoming host. My husband and I came here to celebrate his birthday and had a brilliant stay. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities you could require. Would definitely recommend for a seaside getaway!

After a bit of a mistake with the booking which was 100% my fault, Steve the owner soon resolved the issue. We've just had two nights in Red Brighton Blue and would happily recommend it, very nice room and lovely bathroom. No food available, but it's in an area with many eateries, some of whom offer a discount to residents. We'll definitely try to stay again.

What a brilliant gem of a find! Nestled in the heart of Kemp Town, in a delightfully peaceful spot, Steve and his gorgeous property delivered a 5 star experience. Beautiful townhouse, tastefully decorated, with airy, quiet and comfortable rooms, we slept brilliantly and felt it home from home. Thoughtful touches throughout from little luxuries in the room, to sweet treats throughout, we were delighted with our bank Holiday stay! Thank you Steve for being a great host, making us feel so welcome and organising a wonderful beach front lunch at Due South. Can't wait to return! Highly recommended 💙🇬🇧💙

We came to Brighton on professional business but were very pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean and well-equipped, and the service and attention second to none. Steve met us at the door and helped us to unload our baggage and carry to our room. The QR code logged us into a comprehensive guide to places to eat and local attractions, and we found ourselves in the midst of a vibrant locality with plenty of friendly and affordable hostelry. Discounted parking permits allowed us both peace of mind and ease of moving around the area. Highly recommended.

Had a great visit here. There was very warm welcome upon arrival and immediately you notice the level of cleanliness, detail, and care that has gone into Red Brighton Blue. The room was lovely and very quiet. Using the local recommendations in our room we had a lovely breakfast at one of the local coffee shops following a good night's sleep. I would 100% return.

The owners were super friendly and helpful after my stressful journey to Brighton. The room was well priced, very clean and had everything I needed for my stay. The whole building is pleasant and well presented. Great location, an easy walk into town and so close to the seafront I woke to the lovely sound of the waves each morning. Would definitely stay again!

Such a lovely place to stay, from the moment I arrived. The rooms and whole place is spotless. Little extras I wasn't expecting were lovely too. A fridge with drinks/biscuits etc plenty of tea/coffee, and a bathroom to match. Can't recommend enough, would definitely stay again.

What an amazing Hotel! The owners were lovely and so helpful. The room was perfect for me and had every amenity I could ask for! It's also ideally positioned, close enough to the City Centre, bars and clubs, but far enough out to be quiet. I'm so torn between wanting to recommend it and wanting to keep it to myself :-)

Very friendly hotel managers. Everything is fresh, clean, tidy and modern. Only negatives are: We were unfortunare to get the room in the top of the building which means 5 stairs up with no elevator. The room didn't seem to have any AC. But it is equipped with a ceiling fan and a window that you can open. The shower unfortunately only has a static shower head above you. We also don't have WiFi in our room and have to go down to get connection. Other than that it's all good and I can definitely recommend the place!

An enjoyable stay in an immaculate room, looked like it had literally just been done. Beautiful bathroom, perfect shower. Host was friendly welcoming and knowledgeable, helpful. Gave great recommendations to eat and the place was full of lovely thoughtful touches. Wished we had been able to stay longer.

This hotel is a real gem. Loved everything about it. It was spotless, the little details like free water and treats were great, bed was very comfortable and bathroom was perfect with an ace shower. Added to that was the welcome from the owners - so warm and personal. I’m staying there again - so should you! Top class!

This is a lovely guest house on a quiet side street in Brighton, just a half block from the coast and an easy walk to the pier. Our room was modern, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Steve and Peter are gracious and welcoming. They have lots of recommendations and suggestions for things to do and places to eat in the area. If we are ever able to get back to Brighton, we'll certainly book a room here again.

Beautiful, most tastefully decorated hotel. Absolutely spotlessly clean. The owners could not have been nicer, more helpful or generally welcoming if they tried. We loved our stay. Parking is not easy in this part of Brighton though, but the owners did everything possible to help us find a spot and provided permits so that our car was ok.

This is my favourite hotel and, I look forward to my annual visit with my daughter. Ken n Phil run a great place with themed rooms. Fiona n I use the family suite for our visits, which while not themed is very useful.

Hello, First of all Pete and Steve are very helpful, understanding, patient and overall great hosts. You can and should ask everything to them, from them etc. The place is very very homely — I hadn’t come across such a hotel ever before and quite frankly it often killed the idea of “hotel” to it as there’s enough hotels in Brighton that don’t have nowhere near the same coziness at all. Often a relaxing environment so frequently I forgot about certain hotel procedures (like forgetting my key at night all the time)… I stayed in a very small room and without finding your way to deal with the space and possibly organise yourself at first, it’s kinda distressing on the first day but I found my way to deal with it straight away lucklily enough. The endless coffee and snacks and hot chocolate and wireless charger, extra Alexa etc. all made up for it. Bed is alright, but the room can get warm easy which is really good in this stormy winter so you sometimes don’t even mind sleeping over the sheets. Location is great, my down point would be the wifi, it is quiiiite slow in my room and while I found a way around it, maybe it won’t be the same with you. It was room 5, so double check the speed when you get there! Bathroom is pretty great overall too, it’s a well-put together and even with the shower feeling a little small, it’s a good area. Even in a small room such as mine I found enough use to everything to be able to make that place my own. It was a very good stay.

We have just come back from such a lovely stay at Red Brighton Blue in Brighton. Peter & Steve the Owners are both so friendly and welcoming, offering lots of great knowledge on restaurants, bars and places to visit. The hotel is stunning! Set over 5 floors, the building is Victorian and does not disappoint……The interior is beautiful, with a great mix of antique and modern furnishings and luxurious carpets. We stayed in a deluxe king with sea view and it was the cleanest hotel room we have ever stayed in. We were impressed with the wireless charger, amazing TV, comfy beds, gorgeous bathroom and array of treats and snacks. We were suppose to go straight out, however we stayed for two hours, sharing a bottle of red in the room, as I didn’t actually want to leave! The added extras are superb, I’m a huge Ren fan and all of the bathroom products are Ren. The mini fridge was very welcomed, especially after a night out, to have complimentary still water and Elderflower fizz was a lifesaver………. Not to mention the Nespresso machine and snacks, including chocolate, biscuits, hot chocolate, teas and coffees………. To wake up to a sea view was really lovely and we woke up to the most gorgeous sunshine……. We checked out, then I spent another hour playing with Coco the pooch, she is adorable, as friendly as her owners and I wanted to take her home with me! Such a perfect stay, we will definitely be back!!!Thank you for having us Peter & Steve x

Had to stay at this hotel last week. I don't know why all the rooms are called "Deluxe" and the hotel has 4 stars, which I don't think is true. 24 hours before check-in, the hotel sent a notice through Booking that the room might be uncomfortable if I'm taller than 180 cm, but for a fee, this can be sorted out, which is quite questionable for a deluxe hotel, whatever that means. However, they gave me a room with a high ceiling at no extra charge on arrival, and this was not a problem. The hotel does not have a breakfast and a range of services, the room itself was very basic, and more like a normal three-star hotel. I have no right to advise you not to go here, but your expectations may not coincide with reality.

This hotel must be the best in Brighton very clean and modern. Peter the owner went out of his way to help especially with parking. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made very very welcome. We would not hesitate to stay there again and again Dave/Margaret

Spotlessly clean, comfortable, high-quality fittings, bed linen and towels, everything you need, friendly welcome, easy check-in and out. I had a small single room but it was well designed and made the best use of space. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Great location. Super comfy rooms with thoughtful details. Friendly hosts who are happy to advise on best places to eat. Breakfast cafes all within few minutes walk. Room at the top is quiet, but no lift so it's good cardiovascular exercise to top. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

First time stay here for myself and my partner. We had a very welcoming reception when we arrived, and we were even offered a room upgrade :) How nice is that! We stayed on the top floor. The hotel itself was spotless, and the room was gorgeous. The bed was so comfortable too. There was a selection of teas and coffees, aswell as biscuits and treats :) We even had a sea view! We highly recommend to anyone, and we will definitely be back again for sure! Thank you to the lovely owners for a delightful stay. We will see you again soon ;)

RBB Hotel is everything we needed. So well done. The rooms are gorgeous! The bed and bedding are very comfortable and high end. We had a stunning room with a large ensuite bathroom and a water view. The bathroom has a large shower and resemble a nice spa. So cute! It is a half block from the beach one way and a half block from the main strip that has many great pubs, cafes and shops. Walking distance from everything including the Palace. Don't skip the Palace. We will be back! The owners are fantastic and truly care that your stay is the best and it shows!

I just love staying here when I'm in Brighton to visit the University campus for work. It is consistently welcoming and comfortable and feels familiar and safe as a single traveller. The rooms are beautiful, inviting, clean and such impressive attention to detail. Thanks for another fabulous stay Peter and Steve xx
