Please give Shaq a pay rise, he has to be the most happiest and smiliest (if that's a word) person I have come across at a restaurant. Me and my partner were eager to try to the vanilla milkshake, with bacon inside 👀 Although it appeared to be an odd combination, it was soooo delicious! Would have this again! They also do lovely beef hotdogs 😍

It's big and spacious Working long hours The junk food was not really tasty and it's super expensive. With the same price you can go somewhere nice a restaurant or so and pay the same or even less. Very noisy

This is probably my 10th time coming to this specific location over the past 6 months. My experiences improves everytime I come to this establishment. The employees are crazy friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The food is always excellent. Being from America I can say this is exactly like home. I travel over an hour to come here and its completely worth it. It's kind of pricey but it's to be expected with good quality food and great service. They have a clean eating area and the bathrooms are always up to par. They also have the soda machine with over 100+ different combinations you can make! (They have my favourite: Dr.Pepper!) I highly recommend this place for good food friendly, fast service consistently thru every visit! ** forgot to mention how large the portions are!! You only need a regular sized fry for two people. Fries are made to order and over filled! The burgers are large as well! :)

The food was very good. The service was very good too. It was, however, freezing inside and for this reason I would not go back, you really couldn't enjoy your meal. The place was full literally of teenagers sitting about not buying anything. There were teenagers sitting in groups on the floor outside also.

Burger was amazing but the chips the worst one really overcook and burn. Worst chips ever

Nice burger, good chips, its what it is. Little bit pricey. The staff was bit loud joking with each other. It's nice to see the staff are happy at work however it did get quite noisy with the music on as well. Not exactly inviting. Would give extra star if the staff was bit more professional. (food was good)

Always a reliable and pleasant dining experience, food is always great, love the fries done in peanut oil! The staff are great and really know what they are doing, other fast food joints should take notes how to efficiently run a kitchen! Wish the music was a little quieter, but good rock soundtrack!

Greatest burger ever! 🍔 Always pop in if we're ever in Cambridge (not very often) always have lovely food. Today we got there just before the place filled up with students - was very surprised at how many were eating there own packed lunch and helping themselves to the drinks and topping up there own bottles! I wouldn't have dared when I was that age

Tasty food, quick service, clean facilities. The portions of fries are LARGE. We get one regular between the two of us. Regular burgers are double patties, order a little one for a regular size burger. Pretty good value for money and staff very pleasant.

Staff always friendly and attentive. Food is always very good and tasty, but a little expensive. The custom drinks machines are fantastic and clean, but again too expensive. My only gripe is the music is a bit loud for my liking. Its just a tad distracting if you want a relaxing eating expensive. Otherwise its always a great go to place for me

I ordered food to go since I was visiting from the USA. Thought I would see how Five Guys does across the pond. Well, I ordered the little cheeseburger with little fries, and it was totally enough food for me! Burger and fries were both cooked to perfection… I would definitely recommend this location.

Tried this place for lunch today and wow I was blown away. The staff where really professional and welcoming, with smiles on their faces. The food was ready in good time and was very good quality and I really believe as five guys Quoted " we focus on the food, not the fast". I would recommend the bacon cheese dog & the bacon cheese burger, the fries are probably the best I've tried. The atmosphere was great and had a real American vibe about it, the music was a little loud but was bearable. Overall fantastic

Been to five guys many times now, mostly in Norwich, this five guys is massive! Plenty of seating! Went for something different this time because I saw recently you can have a Grilled Cheese divided into two halves to act as the buns and then pay for 2 extra patties or 1 If you wanted a single. This was up there with one of the best burgers I've ever had, anywhere, so cheesy, crisp but juicy patties, soo good. Highly recommend asking for this off menu selection.

Not only it’s the best Five Guys in Cambridge, but also the best of all I’ve visited in the UK. It’s one of the few places left in Cambridge were food is fresh and so so tasty, the place is always clean and the staff is really amazing and kind. The manager is really doing a great job, providing amazing customer service and making sure that the other members of the staff are also trained to provide the same type of service. Congrats to them all for doing such an amazing job ✨

The service was pretty fast, the restaurant was spacious and very clean. Now: Oh my god, the food. I had the bacon cheeseburger, regular fries and Five Guys Shake with Reese's and Oreo cookie pieces, it was literally the BEST food I have ever tasted out of anywhere I've eaten in my life. Nothing less than perfection. 10/10!

Ja, the burgers are not bad, if not a little pricey for what they are.

Good place to visit occasionally for some freshly made expensive burger's if you are bored of McDonald'. Kids love the 5£ milkshake. It's never too busy with lots of seating

It's okay for what it is, if you fancy a tasty burger, you will get this, its not cheap, but I guess nowhere is these days. It wouldn't be my first choice of food to eat, but others liked it. It's good you can choose exactly how you'd like your burger, what extras to add and there are loads to choose from. The drinks machine with loads of different flavour combinations was very popular.

The best burger and fries I've ever eaten in my life, there's a reason it's expensive! All cooked there and then fresh on site, unlimited fizzy drink, incredible milkshake and hotdogs, and free nuts 😅 love it 😊

The burgers are awful. Whoever says the opposite just haven't tried good burgers, I'm sorry. Fries aren't great either. Milkshakes are probably the best options here.

Burger was just OK freshly cooked smash burgers made to order... not enough sauce so couldn't taste yummy bbq. Was looking forward to the fries but disappointed by these dry hollow over salted shells. The ones that were were ok just tainted by the not very nice ones :( the people were super lovely and the place was clean. So no issues there it just didn't live up to the hype, there are plenty of other places in Cambridge that do tastier burgers for the same price or much cheaper!! (Sorry Five Guys)

Visited with my children, first time I've been there and would happily go back. Was a bit quiet so little atmosphere but everything else was good. Friendly helpful staff. Food came quickly, was hot and good. Girls who are 7 and 9 also enjoyed it.

The burgers are cooked very well and service is great. Would like to mention Surya and Emma in particular as they are incredibly friendly. Definitely would recommend this place! Cheuk

First Five Guys experience and it did not disappoint 😋 the burgers were delicious! The Cajun spiced chips were also very tasty!

Nice and large restaurant. However the counter service is a bit messy as in where to order compared to... Again the menus are good but the food is a bit disappointing. The seating feels cramped and a bit dated. Staff having to scream the order number when it's ready, I'm sure there's a better way. The free refills are good if a bit germ ridden like pick n mix.

Best service i have ever had! Honestly forget how amazing the burger and fries taste. I have genuinely never met people as nice or committed as the five guys staff in leisure park. It has made me and ALL my friends go back minimum once a week (regardless of how unhealthy it might be) they are the nicest staff we have ever interacted with. We have never left without a discussion about how AMAZING and i can't stress that enough the service & food has been!! Love going there !! Again everytime we go in the staff make our day! :)))))

It was great. My first time here. My order was taken and after a short time my order was delivered to me. I customised my double cheeseburger with bacon. I added pickles, ketchup and red onions. A nice treat was the peanuts in shell with salt. I do recommend this place, it did seem to be very busy. I think that was because it is close to Hills Road 6th form college. I will return in future. Well done to the staff.

I'm a big fan of Five Guys and have never had a bad meal there. The burgers really are amazing and are all made fresh to order. This comes at a cost which is unfortunately the downside of eating here. A burger, fries and drink costs around 18 pounds. Despite the cost I do recommend giving it a try.

Good quality burgers with plenty of filling and flavour. Very nice chips cooked in peanut oil and plenty of extras always thrown in the bag. Milkshakes are wonderful although some are sickly with significant levels of sugar which shouldn’t be overlooked. On the pricier end of fast food.

Wanted to order via deliveroo. Which the restaurant promotes. I agree to pay a delivery charge (3£) and a service charge (1£). But why on earth is Five Guys charging more for their food via deliveroo? Burgers are 20% more expensive!! That's fraud. There is nothing that makes a take away burger more expensive. Actually they should be cheaper cause you don't use their facility. Explain please!

Lovely burger but it's pub prices. It is good food though and you can select any option for your burger. Recommended as a treat

Generous with the fries, awesome food and shakes as you have come to love from these top of the range true American burger boys! Expensive, but try them to see if you agree with so many that they are worth it

Not a bad experience, the choice of drinks was exciting, but it was a very bare and basic food menu, and the portion sizes were good for kids, but an adult with a good appetite would be spending a small fortune to be satisfied. Don't think I'll be going again, sorry

Food tasted nice but it was a bit cold. Overpriced for the small sized burger you get. They give you a lot of chips though. They only gave me 1 burger when I ordered 2 but staff were helpful and friendly and sorted it out.
