Family beach weekend away. Great location. Walking distance from Ayr beach as well as the High Street with all major shops. Affordable, secure and cosy accommodation with well stocked kitchen and very friendly hosts. Easy check-in. I would definitely recommend.

Sean and his Mum keep this place in pristine condition. The shared kitchen is only shared with the three rooms and everyone else ate out, so it felt like ours alone! I marked down a star because the bathroom was very small. But the service was great.

What a great find, we only stayed one night in Ayr, but the Barnes Accommodation is a great place to rest your head. The apartment has its own parking at the front of the building. The apartment we were staying in was lovely and everything we needed. You have access to the shared kitchen, which was a surprise for us. Thanks Julie.

It was excellent!! From the moment you walk through the front door ....you just know you will have a good stay👍👍This place has a beautiful ambience about it! It feels like quality and it is!! I would highly recommend "Barns B&B" to family and friends 👍👍👍 A very clean, comfortable bed, peaceful property and breakfast was very enjoyable 👍. The hosts are so polite and they give the guest privacy, but at the same time let you know they're there if you shall need them. The choice of self check in or a meet and greet is also excellent 👍👍. Beautiful accomodation five minutes walk from the main bus and rail stations in Ayr. Down a quiet side street, immaculately presented rooms and communal areas. One of the nicest spots I've stayed in years.

Two night stay with my girlfriend, place is spotless and well maintained. It's nice safe space and located in a lovely area of Ayr which is handy for the beach, shops and restaurants. Beautiful suntrap garden to enjoy, the communal kitchen and dinning area is amazing already planning my next visit , Thank you.

Fantastic couple of days at Barns B&B.the standards here are far superior than many a Hotel. Rooms are spacious immaculate with every need covered. The courtyard at the back with Apple Trees is a great space to relax. The breakfast was outstanding and owner was friendly and provided permits to park. Cant wait to stay here again 😀😀😀

Central to all the local amenities in Ayr. Modern, clean and the bed very comfortable. Reasonably priced and would recommend highly 👍

Clean, comfortable and great location. So much nicer than the old B&Bs and the horrible Mercure hotel. I would always choose to stay here when visiting. Will be back soon.

This is my second visit this year .The staff are lovely they go over and above to make you so welcome . The service was brilliant . I will be going back it’s a lovely big house and the breakfast was lovely .I felt safe as u get masks in room to wear. tea ,coffee ,tea cakes, water in room For you.The rooms are big and spotless .The beds are comfortable on my visits Ive had both room and they Are lovely. This B&B Is suitable for disabled people it has a large walk in shower. There’s plenty of room for wheelchair users all over the house.

Absolutely perfect location for beach, shops , restaurants.. Room was very clean and worked well for us in every way. Access to the premises was very straight forward and parking was made very simple.. Breakfast was more than ample in choice and quality.. Thanks to all who contributed to making this short but very needed break an enjoyable experience .. We will definitely be back Doreen and Karis

A BnB with an element of self catering too. Kitchenette where can have a meal if you want. Lovely outside area to enjoy your meal or just sit and chill. Friendly owners who went out there way to accommodate us. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed here as part of our mini-moon, lovely rooms with comfy beds. Great location and friendly staff. The breakfast is lovely!

Had a lovely stay here. Lovely clean comfortable room. Great outside space to sit and relax with a wee vino! The owners are really friendly too. They have thought if everything to ensure you enjoy your stay. Small cooler in the room with water and milk for tea with complimentary tunnocks. There's also a kitchen available for guests with fridge and microwave. Fantastic fresh cooked breakfast to set us up for the day! Great location, easy walk to town or seafront. Definite plus to have parking permit. We will definitely be back and recommend to everyone we know.

Been twice now. Both times were excellent. Place is lovely and spotless. Staff can't do enough for you. Will be going back soon .

Stayed here for one night and it was excellent just been renovated. Nice comfortable room. Great location for the Beach and Ayr Town Centre. Breakfast was terrific. Would recommend it highly.
