Dining
should
be
a
good
experience
aside
from
any
pandemic,
and
at
the
prices
offered
at
Glaschu,
there
are
many
exceptional
options
across
glasgow
to
enjoy.
Glaschu
unfortunately
fell
short
during
our
visit
on
several
aspects.
Firstly,
good
luck
if
you
have
any
specific
dietary
requirements.
When
asked
if
a
dish
could
be
amended
the
response
from
the
chef
to
pass
on
via
our
server
was
“chef
is
very
proud
of
his
menu
and
isn’t
prepared
to
amend
any
dishes”.
Dietary,
allergy
and
religious
requirements,
paramount
at
any
dining
establishment,
are
second
here
to
a
chef’s
perception
of
his
menu
that
supersedes
guest’s
requirements.
Service
was
polite
and
friendly
but
not
knowledgable
on
the
menu,
unfamiliar
with
the
cheeses
on
offer
with
vague
descriptions
as
“blue
crumbly
cheese”
and
simply
“cheddar”.
Although
nice
atmosphere
and
design,
a
very
disappointing
experience.
