I booked a lesson for my daughter which was perfect in every way. I haven’t skied for over 25 years and wanted to try again but never had the confidence. After talking to the people in the reception, then from the guys who physically got me into the boots, and to those who helped me figure out the lift again: I just want to say THANK YOU! You all went far above and beyond and I cannot thank you enough. As if that wasn’t good enough, they then helped my daughter with the Skibob! There’s no way we won’t be visiting you again very soon - outstanding service in every sense!

Really good ski centre, ringo's and ski bobs. Nice location and atmosphere. Good facilities and excellent cafe bar. My only negative would be at the bottom of the ski bobs younger kids were struggling to get them on the converabelt. ( Maybe a member of staff or allow family members access down to this spot might work)

Brilliant fun for the whole family - I did a snow donut, had a snowboard lesson and went skiing. Little kids to adults participated in all. Patient and professional staff and excellent value for money

5 stars purely for the park and pirate ship. Its a day out by itself if you have kids! Trampolines, zip line, interactive giant pirate ship, obstacle courses and climbing walls. Sure all the snow related stuff is great and everything but have never actually managed to drag my kid away from the play area!!

My younger child had fun on the ringos, and their faces were joyfully. My older son had an amazing ski lesson. The instructor Simon Martin was great and really built up his confidence. I would highly recommend.

This place is amazing, especially for our little adventures and active monkeys. Affordable and staff are so helpful and kind. The park at the bottom keeps on improving which is great. The obstacle course keeps kids (and adults) entertained for a long time. The adults entey price can be exchanged for a bar token to get a nice hot drink for the cold days/nights. All in all, for any budget this is a great place to go for all!

The grandsons thoroughly enjoyed the Ringos. They gave us extra time as the travelator wasn't working. The Alpine adventure is great aswell. It's definitely worth pre booking.

Adventure Park and pirate ship were great for kids, the trees provided plenty of shade. We were also given £5 to spend in the bar so got a pint and some chips before heading back to base.

Good family fun. The ringos were great and my 5 year loved going up and down. The play park was also great for the kids. Great way to spend our morning followed by some lunch in the on-site pub which was nice.

Went to the alpine park yesterday and had the best afternoon! There's balance beams, bridges, swings, trampolines, zip wires, climbing walls and a big pirate ship for kids to explore. There's plenty of benches too. The area itself is kept clean and tidy. Overall we had a lovely afternoon and will definitely be coming back ✨

We went to Snowtrax's for our granddaughter's seventh birthday party. It was a great place for the kids with a lot of adventure activities. We were lucky that the weather was good so the party of around 30 children went well they all had a great time and enjoyed the party food around Large rustic table which which is under a sheltered in case it does rain. There is plenty of parking and the staff are friendly and helpful.

My child attended a kids birthday party, group of about 12, when I went to pick my child up they were in the park. The lady At the gate wanted to charge me £2.50! I only wanted to look out for my child’s health and safety. Also to add something else £4.00 for a coke at the bar.

We had an amazing day at Snowtrax! The kids (5 & 9) had lessons, it was the first time our 5 year old had been on skis and what a great place start. I’d highly recommend coming here before taking your kids to the snow. They did instructors are great with the kids, Ben with the little kids and Colin took our eldest. She’s been to skiing once before and went to the dry slip near where we live In Tunbridge Wells a couple of times. This one is far far superior in quality of slop and so much bigger. While the kids were receiving their lessons we went in to get new boots and skis for an up coming trip. They Boot Lab is incredible. A bit over 1.5 hours of boot fitting by experts that know exactly how to find the right boot for you with moulded inner soles and warm moulded inners and they even hear the boot up to stretch it where needed for a perfect fit. Now the kids are ready and so are the we for our trip in a few weeks. If you need new gear or just want to have some fun one the dry slip come here. Oh and food was really good too, hamburgers with high quality meet and fresh fillings!!

Great place. Been invited to party. Had 30 mins on slope, then food. Kids had great time. Food was nice enough. After children had a great time in the park outside. It has very good playing equipment that would suit from toddler to big child. Overall great place and we will visit it again soon.

Excellent food and drink (good selection of real ales and cider)with biews over the slopes followed by first snowboard-lesson with Fiona, who had our two young young grandchildren going confidently down the junior slopes by the end of their first lesson. Everyone was friendly and helpful in every area.

A really amazing place to come, kids absolutely love it but the only let down would be the young workers on the ringos which have no enthusiasm with the children, talk amongst themselves instead of interacting with the kids and just push them off the edge of the slope using their feet! This has happened the last couple of visits to snow trax now so has not been a one off which is a real shame because it is a lovely day out but I just think particular staff may need some extra training with their social interactions with visitors. Exceptional reception staff changing our session to the afternoon after we were running late due to the traffic, a big thank you for that! Manager of the adventure park was lovely and friendly and very helpful!

Good place to go for a bit of fun. Most staff are good and friendly, but a couple of rude staff affected this begin 4 stars, not 5 stars

Kids had a snowboarding taster session. Really good value for money. The instructor was great really informative and the kids said they liked him and learnt a lot, so much so my 9yr old thinks after one lessons he’s better at snowboarding than skiing 🤣. We added food and the portions were a good size as an add on meal so I’d say really good value for money too we will be back soon.

Paid for the 2 children to do the Ringos. When we arrived the slope was under renovation so another slope was open with only 2 lanes. There was a party and out 2 children only got 5 goes in half an hour. The other children were just pushing infront and the staff not controlling the flow. I then asked to go in the Alpine park which is just a normal park may i add to which she told me it was £2.95 per adult and £4.50 per child. So £15 to go to a park after paying £22 for Ringos. I can't help but feel it's an absolute rip off unfortunately. The staff at reception were also rude and dismissive. The work being done is in the 6 weeks holidays also feel there could be a better time to complete this.

Easily spend 4 hours in the Alpine Activity Park. Children can play for hours. Accompanying adult ticket enables free tea or coffee.

Friendly service. The kids and I enjoy it. Not the longest run. The artificial track is not in the best condition. The chicken wrap and nachos are good. The vending machines are useful for a quick drink. The ski and snowboard hire are of high quality boards and skis bit boots are only in "fair to poor " condition. Burton snowboards and Salamon skis. Rossignol ski boots. These were a pleasent surprise. Overall...we'll keep going back. Its a nice environment for the kids to learn.

Absolutely brilliant day out. Took our 4 year old on the Ringos - great slope and the staff were amazing - and then to the adventure park, which was such a fun experience. The park is very well presented and maintained and there are a lot of activities with things for children of all ages - swings, climbing walls, zipline, rope swing, play equipment, balance beams, trampolines and a massive pirate ship. My daughter was able to participate in everything which I really valued. The staff were friendly and helpful, with one teaching my daughter tricks on the trampoline, which she loved. There are plenty of picnic benches and it's nice and shady in amongst the trees. Also I have to add that it wasn't overly busy, and we visited on a bank holiday. Daughter didn't have to queue for anything and there was plenty of space to play and run around. Absolutely beautiful place, great fun and very good value for money - will certainly visit again.

Just went to look. Seems nice, staff very pleasant and had a tasty meal. I was viewing with the thought of taking my 16 year old granddaughter but think site catering for younger families. Seems to be plenty of activities.

Good park for the children, access all day. Could have better options for food and drink and only take cards. Just basic coffee etc, be great to have the syrups etc, also maybe some hot baked things like sausage rolls, pasty etc especially in the autumn, winter as there are ice creams for summer

Really good fun! Great value, kids loved it. Lovely restaurant and very reasonably priced food. Food was really nice. The optional adventure park was great fun for the kids.

My kids & I have always enjoyed visiting, we’ve even held a birthday party here. Over the Christmas period we paid £60 for ski bobs & ringos tickets in advance, but on the day it was raining & 40mph winds, so I emailed asking to defer, requesting a credit for the new year. It was refused. Very disappointed & will not return. A real shame.
