Very
good
food
but
not
without
faults.
This
is
a
fine
dining
restaurant
so
my
review
is
adjusted
for
that.
Starter
snacks
used
fine
ingredients
like
lobster
but
their
taste
was
lost
due
to
spices
or
other
ingredients
overshadowing
them.
I
could
feel
the
texture
but
couldn't
taste
the
lobster.
The
main
dish
-
sea
bass
was
wonderful.
I
could
taste
it
was
cooked
on
coal,
the
brown
crab
meat
sauce
that
came
with
it
was
delicious.
However
the
already
small
piece
of
fish
came
with
ONE
new
potato.
I
almost
laughed
and
wanted
to
check
the
menu
again
if
it
said
new
potatoeS
or
new
potatO.
I
understand
the
concept
of
fine
dining,
but
if
I
order
4
course
menu
(effectively
snack,
starter,
main,
desert)
I
expect
to
get
a
decent
sized
meal
and
ONE
potato
is
taking
it
one
step
too
far.
It's
not
a
prized
ingredient
-
it's
just
a
potato..
The
menu
lists
sides,
but
if
a
dish
comes
with
potatoes
why
would
I
need
to
order
sides?
The
food
is
great
and
michellin
star
worthy,
but
there's
just
not
enough
of
it.
Desert
was
nice
but
the
rhubarb
ice
cream
was
way
too
sour.
I
liked
the
use
of
merangue
as
texture.
