First time visiting here and I actually enjoyed it, probably more than my daughter. There's enough variety around to keep the little ones entertained for hours. Sandpit play areas, splash park(really small though), bouncy castles and a few pedal bike/tractor things. There's a good sized soft play, would say for one years an older and another indoor bit which is far better for the older ones. The eating area is fine, enjoyed a fairly decent portion for the price. Lots of place outside to explore the various animals from donkeys to pigs to the extreme Dinosaurs in the wood if you venture that way. The maze was cut down so cannot comment on that but heard its quite entertaining for both kids and adults. Would definitely go back when she older especially in the summer to have a picnic outside and enjoy the atmosphere of kiddies running about going mad.

What a fantastic day, thank you. A bit odd a grown man coming on his own, but I had brought my son to the White Pepper culinary school over the road from you and wanted to fill my day waiting for him. I love goats and pigs, most especially goats, so I gave it a go. The staff were very warm, friendly, welcoming and informative. I managed to fill my whole day easily with the activities, particularly the tractor ride to the deer feeding, pig feeding and the goat feeding. I loved all the goats and they love a rub on the cheeks. But Buster was a loving standout for the staff, and yes he was lovely. They all got a lot of attention from me though. I could then sit in some shade and do some work. The cafeteria is fantastic. The flower garden is OUTSTANDINGLY beautiful. The reward for a fantastic day was some "Chocolate Delice" off my son over the road in "White Pepper Culinary School" for the reception and cafe staff. Well deserved. I don't know why I didn't take photos of the goats? Must have been too busy talking to them?

A lovley day out, abit expensive to get in but the place is very clean and the animals are well looked after, The staff in the restaurant and park are awesome and are happy to take the time to awnser any questions about the animals. There are lots of play areas to keep the kids entertained between the show timings. a thumbs up from us

Fantastic farm with lots to do for a wide age range of children, the activities were perfectly spaced throughout the day the goat feeding was amazing and definitely not one to miss! The cafe was very busy which was hard to navigate around with a buggy and a toddler and seating inside gets snapped up quickly (we did go half-term week so busier then normal). Also cheaper to book in advance! We will definitely be coming back!

Had a fabulous day out here. Loads to do, animals are very well cared for. The staff here are lovely, very friendly and helpful. The young lady feeding goats clearly loves her job and the goats. She chatted to us about them and told us their names. The play parks were well kept and covered a good age range. The music section is a nice touch and very popular. There are plenty of hand washing facilities for children and adults. The cafe has a good range of hot & cold foods and plenty of tables inside and out. There are indoor play areas as well as indoor pens so if it rains you don't have to be outside. We will definitely come back next time we're in the area.

Good family day out but things could have been done better. The face painting ended at 3.20 with no warning in the program. The tractor rides only run a couple of times. Other farm attractions had rides running every hour essentially during busy times. I can understand it's a working farm but if you are going to offer these they should see them through.

Extremely recommended not just for the incredible amount of animals to interact with and the activities to do… but also because the actual Farmer Palmer is the one who gets most of the water shoots as well as giving the most knowledgeable (and hilarious) demo of cow milking. Staff is amazing, great facilities. Worth the price and travel (we drove 45’)

Great destination for families with very young children and adults who are fond of farm animals. Unfortunately on the day of our visit there was an issue with power and water supply, so there wasn't much food or cold drink available and the disabled toilet had no light or running water. We still had a nice time with the close experiences with the animals, and it made a lovely surprise day out for a friend who loves sheep. For those coming by public transport - the bus stop is called Farmer Palmers and you can take the number 10 or number 40 route - please be aware these are not very frequent (every hour or less frequent) and the stop is not great. It is on the verge of the road and you will need to either be on the grass verge or on the road, and vehicles will come down this way at speed so be very very careful.

Very good value for money, Staff were so friendly and helpful, we loved the lay out of the whole farm, Very covid safety and good one way systems /hand sanitisers available every where. We loved the deer feeding and tractor ride, comfortable ride along. The café was great and they offered gluten free option and took allergy requests seriously. Loved everything about here, highly recommend

What a brilliant place to bring young kids. We were looking for somewhere to go with our 10 month old that was suitable for him and we would enjoy too. Although too young for a lot of the activities there was plenty to keep him occupied and he loved watching the animals. Unfortunately it poured with rain the entire time so we're very glad the main barn was under shelter and were able to feed the goats and sheep in the dry. Spent a while in the under 8s play barn where little one was happy to crawl around, then did the dinosaur walk which we enjoyed despite the rain. Maize maze was a little disappointingly easy but guess it's aimed at kids so. Will come back when little one is older and it's drier!

My partner and I decided to visit this farm on our journey home! We had a lovely time. There are lots of animals to see both outside and in the small & big barn! Perfect if you wanted to bring children as it had lots of activities for them! Food was delicious and every member of staff we spoke to were so lovely. You could see they really cared for the animals! We would definitely visit again😊

Another favorite for our family! Great for all ages. Inside and outside play zones. Cute animals to feed and hold. Biggest rabbit I've ever seen 😊 Our highlight this year was the foam party they do every Wednesday in the holidays. Me and my boy had Soo much fun! Bring spare clothes!

I ended up buying annual passes, because there's limited stuff to do in Weymouth and FP is 25 minutes up the road. As you enter the farm there's different things to do in each barn. Soft play / slides ideal for up to 5 Ride on tractor toys / bouncy castles Haystacks with various slides The hen house cafe Outdoor play area Pedal karts Small climbing wall and ride on diggers Large bouncy castle Maize maze Dinosaur trail Deer feeding Guinea pig holding and animals to see I'd say up age 10 is ideal (obviously depending on your child!).

Why have I never visited this brilliant venue? Took our Grandson for a day out here & despite some rain we had a marvellous day. The team there were brilliant, friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. The animals were a delight & who doesn't love a dinosaur trail. We'll definitely be back.

An absolutely brilliant day out! My toddler (and my partner and I) really enjoyed it. Loads of different activities - tractor ride, ride-on toys, bouncy castle, slides galore, pedal karts. There's a soft play area too which had good visibility for adults watching their children and had a quiet/sensory area underneath too. The animals had lots of space and looked well cared for. Cafe was good value too. Could not recommend this place enough! Wish we lived closer as I imagine we'd not get bored even after a few visits! Oh and there's a dinosaur trail too!

Excellent fun for the grandchildren. You can easily spend the whole day playing and holding the animals and even feeding the dear. The cafe has a good choice and not to expensive.

Such a great day out. We were gifted annual passes last Christmas and I think we have been 9 or 10 times since! There’s enough there to spend a good few hours at the park, or sometimes we just pop in for an hour on a rainy day to use the indoor facilities such as the soft play and large animal barn. We like that there are activities on at different times to fill the day and there are also some fantastic events that happen at the park that are included within the ticket price. Staff are helpful and friendly and the cakes are amazing! We haven’t tried any meals in the cafe as we feel these are a little expensive for us but there is plenty of space to have a picnic. Another positive is that they take cash in the cafe and shop. You do have to prebook tickets online. Something extra we would love is pony/donkey rides for children. We will definitely get the annual passes again as these are great value for money when we visit so much. Thanks Farmer Palmers!🌟

You can really tell the love that's gone into making this the best day out for families - animals, soft play, sand, petting, endless places to play but also plenty of open space for kids to explore including the maize. Even on a drizzly day it worked perfectly for our toddlers. Staff very lovely. Restaurant food made in house and delicious. Fantastic day out!

We recently purchased annual tickets to Farmer Palmer's for my wife and myself, and it has been an incredible investment in family fun! This place truly knows how to create a magical experience for children and adults alike. The opportunity to interact with the animals was a highlight for us all. The variety of activities for kids is fantastic. The soft plays and playgrounds provided endless hours of entertainment for our little one. The well-maintained facilities, clean surroundings, and friendly staff added to the overall positive experience. The cafe offered a range of tasty treats and refreshments. We wholeheartedly recommend Farmer Palmer's to families seeking a delightful and educational day out. The combination of adorable animals, engaging activities, and welcoming atmosphere make it a standout attraction.

What an absolutely wonderful place this is. So much for the children to do you could easily spend the whole day there. The animals are so well looked after and their play equipment is as good as what they have for the children, the dinosaur trail was set out so perfectly can totally recommend taking yr children very reasonable entrance fee and onsite cafe good and not over priced will definitely be back next year

We had the worst weather possible but nevertheless it was an awesome farm to visit! Staff was very friendly and helpful, the food in the restaurant was good as well (they also have glutenfree options). Most animals were hiding outside in their little houses (guess most didn't enjoy the rain either), but they also have a big barn, where you can see some goats, ponies, sheep, guinea pigs and more and even though them when staff advises. It was also not heavily visited because of the rain, so was nice in a way to not have a crowded place. Can recommend to go to Farmer Palmer!

Absolutely brilliant! We visited on Easter Sunday while on holiday in the area, loads going on and lots of things to see and do for the kids. Loved the bunny bandit tractor ride with the water pistols and egg hunt, go karts were great fun and the dinosaur trail was a very relaxing end to a great day. Food was really tasty and everything well kept and tidy, great staff too and Mr Palmer himself is a lovely chap. Fantastic day out and would highly recommend.

Very pleasant afternoon for our child's 2nd birthday. Loads too see and do. Held the interest and imagination of our little people well. Facilities and food hit the spot also. We'll be back I'm sure. Thank you Farmer Palmer team.

Wonderful farm for a Sunny or rainy day. Aim mainly for children up to 8 years. So much for them to do and look at from animals, play barn with slides in straw, soft play, Dino trail, play park and friendly staff.

Brilliant day out with the family, has an outdoor kennel for the dog- he didn't like it but was so big for him and had shelter and a plastic bed too. Got to pet the animals and only £1 each for the tractor ride. Food and drink was reasonably priced and lots of picnic space outside. If in the area would go again. Our daughter loved the many play areas and musical instruments too.

🫤 Disappointing. Please be advised that this park is very, very small (you can easily walk from one end of the park to the other in about 10 minutes), there are NO picnic tables anywhere, and absolutely NO public toilets. Yes, some areas of the park are beautiful, but what's the deal with that giant...
