I visited the store on Thursday late afternoon and I couldn't have had a better experience. The two ladies on shift were extremely helpful, professionnal and kind. I left with three new bras and a boosted confidence, it's amazing to see what well-fitted lingerie can do for you. Thanks a million!

my first time in here and i felt so so comfortable coming for a fitting. staff were above and beyond helpful and friendly, made me feel so at ease and comfortable. store was lovely and clean and tidy, bras are so gorgeous i wish i could have them all! staff were knowledgeable about everything and patient and just great. big thanks to sian and lily who were so so fab. can't wait to return!!

I’m embarrassed to say that at nearly 50 years of age I’ve never had a proper bra fitting , always been too embarrassed really, yesterday I bit the bullet and walked into bravissimo Cardiff and asked to be measured, all the staff were amazing, everything was explained to me and Saraanya who did my fitting was amazing, nothing was too much trouble! The bras she found were beautiful and the range they have is wonderful! It’s amazing how having a properly fitted bra makes everything fit better, wish I’d done it years ago. Thank you!!

Been using bravissimo for years to be fitted but went today and the young lady cristyn that fitted me was exceptionally good listened to everything that I wanted and made me feel so comfortable straight away she was so friendly and nothing was to much trouble for her. I've came away very happy with the service and what I purchased. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Love this shop! Called in on 23/12..couldn’t find my size on the shop floor,so asked lady behind the till,she did her thing and found my size in the stock room. Went up to the changing rooms where Sophie was working. Sophie’s was an absolute star,she helped fit my bras,and then suggested a few styles that might suit me better. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was a total delight! Came away very happy with a load of new bras and knickers!! :) Thanks ladies,you helped make my Christmas!

I’ve been using this store for years now, I come across it when I could no longer get in sizes in primark etc and other larger size providers just didn’t fit well! I can honestly say this shop is amazing and I’m not sure what I’d do if it was to ever close! I’m not confidence at all, this is way out of my comfort zone but the girls are so nice and put you at ease from the second you walk into the shop! During measurements they don’t measure using tape like other places, they get sizes that they think would fit and go from there, I’ve found depending on which type of bra I pick my sizing is always different so I much prefer doing it this way than buying “your size” the poor girls in the shop are so happy to help, they are running back and fore with different bras and sizes and nothing is every time much trouble, I visited Saturday just gone and got some swimming costumes with support, as I said I’m not confident at all but the lady literally gave me counselling while in there and gave me a massive confidence boost haha! I’ve been in the pool all weekend and loved it, been missing out all these years, I’m sure she’ll remember me, would love this thanks to be passed onto her! Love this shop and highly recommend, wouldn’t go anywhere else, from the customer service to the quality of Bras you just won’t find any better! Thank you ladies :)

May I just say I had the privilege to meet the most wonderful worker today. Her name was Anita and she was just beautiful. She helped me find my new everyday bra and sports bra and her professionalism and kindness were just impeccable. She made me feel at ease throughout the fitting and honestly made me feel like a new woman. I’m very self conscious and the thought of being even slightly naked in front of someone mortifies me but when I come into bravissimo I know I’m not judged and am made to feel like an absolute queen. Anita… thank you ever so much for your kindness and time today. You amongst many of your colleagues are just delightful. I have shopped here for a while now and the customer service along with the products never disappoint. Keep doing what you are doing and I can’t wait for my next shopping trip!.

Greats bras, never had better support! I cant get bras from most places because they just don't hold the girls up, but these do the job and do it well, may be a bit pricy compared to some places, but if u want support, its worth it. Plus the cardiff store has lovely staff who are more than happy to help you find the 'support' you need

Travelled from Gloucester to cardiff to be fitted as cheltenham could not fit me . Lovely ladies was fitted by izzy . Come away with some lovely bras . A different experience from cheltenham. Glad I travelled down thank you 😊

Fantastic service all round from checking in for a fitting to finding the perfect bra for under my bridesmaid dress. I was appointed Cristyn as my fitter who was just amazing....so patient and brought loads to try always giving honest assistance. I couldn't have found the perfect bra without her..thank you so much

Fantastic experience today at Bravissimo. Sian was a fantastic fitter and made what can sometimes be an arduous process easy and enjoyable. Walked away with 5 bras instead of my typical one or two!!! And I didn't have to try on 18 to find them. Clean store and friendly staff. Will definitely be coming back!

Izzy, Sian and the trainees were fantastic. From the moment I walked in seeking advice on a new bra, Sian suggested I get a fitting upstairs should I want it. I was seen within minutes of arriving by the fitting team who made me feel so comfortable and happy. They sourced me 2 tremendously well fitting bras that also look lovely! I’ve walked away so much more confident and comfy!

Excellent service. The lovely Issy really looked after me and my friend. I've found that bra fitters can be aggressively prescriptive but Issy listened to what I wanted and provided helpful feedback. I left a happy customer with a fab new bra (Alexa) 😊

I really hated being fitted when I was younger, if anything it was traumatic. I'm sure many women can relate to being dragged to M and S for their first fitting! I really didn't know my size so came in on a whim, and I'm so glad I did. No booking was required, and I was fitted by Esther who was just so lovely and knowledgeable. She immediately knew what size I should be wearing just by looking at me and made me feel at ease throughout! Genuinely magic. She was patient and great, picking out some wonderful styles. A real credit to the store. She even informed me of the student discount which was really handy. I left with two new purchases and some new found knowledge. This store will now be my go too and I'll definitely be back!
