The best cocktails in Liverpool. We just love the intimacy and the vibe of the place. It was bustling. The staff are fantastic - cheery, attentive and so welcoming. We kept sating we were going to leave, only to order another drink as we enjoyed it so much. We've been a couple of times and will be back. There was live jazz on while we were there but it gets busy so would recommend getting there earlier (music starts at 8) to bag a table.

The most affordable place in Liverpool! great music, a rich variety of cocktails, beers and wines. For the Instagram lovers - the design is so cool you have to take some pics 😛 the service is kind and pleasant.

Highly recommended (especially Jazz night) I've wanted to visit here for some time. My partner surprised me with a night here last night to watch Jazz 🎶 incredible place especially with the fairy lights and live music. Great selection of wines, cocktails and beers and picky bits to eat. The two staff who where on shift they deserve a massive well done. From the woman behind the bar making all the cocktails non stop to the guy who was serving. You're made to feel welcome from the start as the woman bartender waved, smiled and pointed to seats. This makes a great difference to how you judge a place. The guy who was serving had a great knowledge of the wines and recommended a few. I asked about a cocktail but they don't do crushed ice and I like how he just knew that! Amazing personality.

Now, there are those places in the auspices of consequence that are an intrigue and this little spot achieves that. Advised by GQ to give it a go, and wander in I did. Kind of a place with that French nuance ya kinda hope that it will be achieved; good wine, a cocktail list (that’s not going to burn you), beer options to suit, with some nourishment that enhances it all. Simone de Beauvoir and Jean Paul Sartre could have just been sitting there chatting, I felt I was in the right place with Nina Simone playing in the background to take me back to Parisian times. Wine was simply spot on, cocktail of French 75 with piquant lemon to make me remember I should make this place a regular spot. Staff so inviting, just makes ya feel comfortable. Never change what ye are doing, as ye have made your mark 👋😊x

Last stop if the evening before heading back to our hotel and we definitely left the best for last. Really enjoyed this place and the whole experience was enjoyable. Service was spot on and the ambiance was extremely relaxing especially after a long day. Music mix playing was just the right volume and the mix just added to the atmosphere. As the evening got darker outside it only added to the cozy feeling inside.

We stumbled across this cocktail cafe last night. The staff were amazing, they made us feel very welcome. Awesome live music - which was funny. Cocktails were delicious, furthermore the staff kept refuelling us with water even without us asking. A beautiful place with a fabulous vibe. Highly recommended.

I recently visited this café and had an amazing time! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the service was top-notch. I must mention the incredible beer I had PALE the flavor was rich and refreshing, truly one of the best I've tasted. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, providing great recommendations. The café also had a wide selection of other drinks and delicious food options. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delightful café with excellent beer and a welcoming ambiance.

A very lovely cafe that feels more like a chic bar. Definitely has the feel of the continental about it. Live jazz playing too and some very nice cocktails along with pleasant staff and you end up with a real nice experience. Downsides for me, both live music and, later, music playing on the speakers was just way too loud. You don't go to have enjoyable conversations with friends. The cocktails, while nice, were all small and overpriced really. Don't go looking for your favourite drink. They are all very different and, from what I could see, there's no thirst quenchers. Nevertheless, the atmosphere is superb and it is clear this is a very popular place to go. Maybe not quite au français but definitely the European feel we all need right now.

Fantastic random find whilst searching for "cheese board near me". Ambiance and music fantastic. House wine excellent and cheese board out of this world. Cleanest and best smelling toilet in Liverpool. If you want a great couple of hours of total relaxation. Bottle of wine and cheese board for 2 £40. Worth every penny. I will be back

Wonderful, intimate bar that had a live jazz band. Pez, the front of house staff member, was absolutely amazing and made our experience that much better. The drinks were brilliantly made and the cheese we ordered was very fresh. Would definitely recommend this place. At the end, Pez gave us postcards which had a drawing of him on it, so we asked him to sign it. He did with a feather and ink!

Having never known about this place a few weeks back, I now always make time to go in at least once a week. Really friendly staff, great drink selection and all round great vibes. I would recommend this place to everyone.

We arrived with our dog on Saturday afternoon following our Liverpool Pride march. It was a lovely event. We waited to be seated. I explained my dog may yap first as I sort out his water and treats. We gave treats to the dog seated by us and apologised as we looked at the menu. The waitress then asked if we could move to another table and thought best if we didn't sit by this dog. There didn't appear to be an issue with both dogs. I didn't feel comfortable and thought best to leave. Sorry for any inconvenience but we had walked for hours and this was the first time we sat down. I have been before with my dog and made to feel welcome.

What a Gem!! we spent Saturday evening here and what a fantastic evening we had. Super cocktails, super wine, super service and super ambiance. we also had the Meat and cheese board it was excellent. If you like wine and cocktails you really must have Petit Café Du Coin on your to do list.

Most perfect little bar. The atomosphere is amazing, always makes you feel so fancy. Live jazz really brings it up another level and the Chery on top is the most amazing waiter. Just nothing but good words for this place

A really wonderful cocktail bar, lovely atmosphere and attentive, friendly staff. We went for the jazz night and it didn't disappoint, although some of the songs didn't translate well, to a jazz format. Excellent cheeseboard. Not too pricey and worth the wait.

Visited on a Thursday evening and the place was full and a jazz outfit playing. Everything was top notch, the staff were really friendly and very knowledgeable. we opted for cocktails which were around £10 per drink, absolutely worth it. Some of the best cocktails in the city. The live music sets the perfect vibes for the bar. There's nothing to dislike we had a really good evening and will be back again.

This place ticked all of our boxes for a nice relaxed evening during our stay at Liverpool. The service was excellent and very attentive. We really enjoyed the enthusiasm of the man who served us. He felt like a host. Fantastic atmosphere. Really good music being played throughout. Every drink we had was delicious. After seeing someone else being delivered food, it looked so good we went for some ourselves even though we didn't intend to eat. Couldn't recommend this experience enough.

What a delightful place! Went on a Saturday night to enjoy some live jazz and taste some fabulous cocktails. Place is quite small, so you may need to queue, but not for long. Service was great, and the ambience was fantastic. Felt like I was back in Paris for a few hours.

Went here for cocktails and loved it. The cocktails were intriguing, the jazz music was smooth, the ambiance was electrifying and the table service was jovial and friendly. The only small downsides are the drinks can take quite a while to come to you (because they're so busy and making them diligently) and if you're in line with the door which is open in winter, you're going to be cold.

Couldn't fault this place. Can take a while to get a table but it's well worth the wait. The cocktails were amazing and the atmosphere was perfect. Definitely going to be a regular!

What an amazing little place. Popped in early on a Sunday and found it very friendly with great table service. One moan was the door was wide open so you needed your big coat. Went back later in the evening and again it was brilliant. Unfortunately we missed the jazz band. Anyway, the cocktails were great, the music was brill and the waiter was hilarious. Would highly recommend.

A great bar with so much character. Our server (sadly didn’t get his name) took the time to properly chat to us and helped us out with our order. Top man. Prices are a little on the expensive side but you may as well treat yourself. Shame we didn’t get to experience it on one of the jazz nights (which appear to be Thurs-Sun)

Gem of a place. We were in town for Aintree last weekend and this was recommended to us as a great place to chill ans listen to live Jazz. We were not disappointed, so much so we went back the next night. Wonderful atmospheric bar with knowledgable friendly staff who were great fun too. Didnt catch the mans name who served us and Bethany (I think) was the girl who went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay in Liverpool. Great chats with the musicians too. We hope to be back in the summer and we will definitely be heading here again for more Jazz with a cocktail or three thrown in for good measure.
