Group of 16 30-50 years olds, men and women, a drunk girl apparently says something to the staff that she was touched inappropriately, bearing in mind this girl had spent 20 minutes trying to dance with our party for some unknown reason, who do they pull out? Our Asian friend. In 10 years in the police I’ve never seen such small minded racism in supposed “professional” staff. Avoid if you’re even slightly brown.

Used to come here quite a lot when we were in the area.however came in tonight.8.,20 for two pints rediculouse .don't even pay that in Liverpool or Manchester ..plus served by a chav baseball cap and chewing gum ....much better with the previous owners.and the guinessG wasn't even in the proper glass.

Don’t waste your time unless you’re white & under 20! See trip advisor reviews as to why - so many incidents involving rude & racist staff. Small minded people thinking they are something special, not the place for me!

Bouncers there are not helpful and are very rude. Club itself is nice, good set up but need a change of security.

There where 4 couples so the lads went in to watch the football and we went to meet them there after.They wouldn't let us in because we didn't have a lateral flow result for them.So I said our husbands are in there and I'm sure they didn't have a result before they went in.And they turned round said yes when they come it was a bar and now its passed 11pm its a club.So that's the rules absolutely stupid.Sort your rules out

Racist club, if you're not Caucasian I wouldn't recommend going. Caught people saying alot of racist things.

Popped in to watch second lions test, nice place, good range of drinks, very good positioning of screens, unfortunate staff were extremely rude on numerous occasions - brings down plight of hospitality sector over recent months!

Unprofessional and discriminating - no respect to guests from security! Will never go back there again!

Really disappointed with this clubs opening hours. 4 am in a busy residential beautiful historic tourist location is unacceptable. The commotion on the street's after closing and the club having been pushing cheap alcohol for hours is just in considerate and poorly managed. With no police or security presence to make sure people moved on quickly after special events shows lack of empathy for residents and visitors actually want to sleep. Really spoilt the first night of our holiday. The council who passed that and the police who ignored the behaviour on Sunday evening with people kicking off in the street should be ashamed, as well as the excessive drunks who couldn't control their behaviour.

Went for a weekend in Landudno 29/6/2019. Beautiful place. This club was highlight. Friendly staff ( Francesca and Dylan the security guy), very polite. Club was nice and clean and the atmosphere was really welcoming. Will definitely be going back. Was the only black guy there but didn’t even feel it.

Waso served promptly by a man called James, very efficient and polite. On a busy Wednesday he was still polite, friendly and efficient. Edit.. I was served by James Friston.

I don't understand who in their right mind has employed that DJ, but I'm 31 and they've been playing the same songs since I was out when I was 18. It's time to hire a new modern DJ. The club scene in modern times is house music, not Eminem or Fatman Scoop. Get with the times. The dance floor just looks depressed. 18 year olds bored and confused trying to dance to songs that were released when they were like 2 years old.

Went there to play pool with a few friends. Bar staff were all kind but the night was ruined by a waste of space bouncer. The bouncer was rude and arrogant and kicked us out because a random person who we weren’t associated with tripped over a wet floor sign. Fair enough if we were drunk and disorderly but we were literally having fun playing pool like normal people. After we got kicked out for no reason, we told the bouncer we have done nothing but he refused to listen and show us proof of us being ‘involved’ with the wet floor sign…. I genuinely think he was bored and felt like picking on some people because he thought the illuminous band around his arm gave him super powers and authority over everyone. Companies who hire bouncers like this man need to check what they’re actually doing while on the job. By the look of previous reviewers, the bouncers are known for being rude… will not be coming here again and will advise other people to never go near wet floor signs in that place or the’ll get kicked out

There are 3 pool tables 2 for public and the other for league matchers they have 2 bars one regular and the other abit more expensive with premim alchol, Day time there beer is £2.50, night time is allways packed and quwing up for a while for a drink

Just wasn't my type of place. Full of the local riff raff who just kept making snide remarks because we didn't come from Llandudno. Shame really as it let's the whole place down
