    I was trying to buy some gifts for friends and one female employee would not stop following me around the store to the point where it was super uncomfortable. Her attitude was really rude especially when I asked her questions she often cut me off, she also didn’t notify me the details of embossing (you cannot emboss sketchbooks apart from initials) so when I changed my mind she thought it would be funny to make a sarcastic comment to other employees. I really felt like she was treating me as if I would steal from the store with the way she wouldn’t leave me alone, honestly if I wasn’t a big fan of moleskine I would not have made such a big purchase today. It’s a shame to have staff with bad attitude for such a nice brand, I honestly wouldn’t have bought anything if I didn’t need to get gifts last minute. Will definitely not be returning to this location to buy my moleskines anymore.

    I have to second the last few reviews this store has had. I came in, nobody was in the store, and merely got a hello. I didn't mind that at first, as I like walking around and not be bothered too much. However, 2 minutes later, a man (older, looked business-y) came in and got a "Welcome to Moleskine!" and was attented the whole time. I stood for a few minutes as I tried to get the employee's attention but she wouldn't give me a look. Finally I asked her my query and she cut me off and answered in a very dismissive way, like it was a stupid question, rearranged the notebook on the shelf without me even having the chance to reply, and went back to attending the gentleman. Now I understand that, between a young student and an older business-type man, the latter is more likely to make big purchases, but I think everyone should get the same welcome and level of attendance. Moleskine is already quite an inaccessible brand, and this does not bode well for their image.

    Minus if possible. Insulted by incompetent female staff member. Bag was being replaced then, after two weeks replacement not honoured. Reported them to trading standards and are pursuing the matter through them. AVOID THIS COMPANY. WARRANTY NOT WORTH THE PAPER IT IS WRITTEN ON!

    Visited Oxford Circus branch at 14:30hrs today. Waited five mins without even being asked ‘can I help’. It’s 5x5m shop and no other customers with one woman standing behind the counter. Eventually I asked if they still did a type of diary at which point she walked off to get one having rolled her eyes. Clearly the wrong time for her and when she returned I asked if the newer version was much different to which she said “it’s on the front of book isn’t it??” Ie. It does show you yes but I wanted to see it first hand and they had no demonstration versions out. Handed the books back to her and told I wouldn’t be back. Went next door and bought an even better one at a fraction of the cost. Don’t waste your time buying moleskin because you think it’s a good brand because it really isn’t anymore…. Don’t believe me??? Have a look at all the other reviews on trust pilot! The women working there clearly couldn’t care less and any managers should review the cctv of what she was doing when we walked in. Better still, sack her and save yourself the time.

    Cute quaint shop. Awesome staff really sweet and had good time chatting with them for a few. Extremely London prices lol very expensive but what in london isn't exorbitant in cost? Its London everything costs an arm and leg.

    Not overly impressed as the staff member, although very nice, didn't know how to use the till properly - was making a part payment on a gift card. No one else in the store but I was left to call the gift card company myself to sort things out. Ended up giving the staff member an impromptu training course on how to use his own till! And, come to think of it, he didn't say thank you either.

    Not open when advertised, don’t answer the phone, main website contact form doesn’t work. Nice notebooks but this experience has me looking elsewhere.

    It isn't the first time I buy here and as always, I was attended with excellence and extreme courtesy, and, of course, the notebook I acquired was perfectly personalized.

    So I’ve tried to order online and had no success. I called the store today and they agreed there are problems ordering online as they’d received other complaints. I asked if they would supply my order and post out to me, I offered to pay the postage. Answer No can’t/won’t help. You have to visit the store.Bearing in mind the other two London stores are closed I feel this is extremely short sighted and awful customer service.
