First impressions count and on entry to our room everything looked today and clean. The bedroom was warm, the bed comfortable, kitchen equipment was working. The shower facility was very good and easily adjusted to the required temperature. There was even a welcome card, personalised as well. A very enjoyable one night stay, but the room would have been more than adequate for more nights if we had been staying.

Great rooms in a converted house. Decorated to a high spec. Beds lovely and comfortable. Great shower. Our room had a kitchenette with sink, microwave, kettle, fridge and tea and coffee facilities. McDonalds about 3 mins away. Centre of town about 15 mins away. Train Station 20 mins. Good for visits to The Halls for concerts etc. Staying again in a week or two.

Super clean, great facilities. Well heated, so lovely and warm. We could hear some noise from neighbours, but nothing major. Walking distance to centre, though it does take around 20 minutes plus, depending on how fast you walk. Great stay.

Excellent apartment and amenities. Would definitely recommend this place, as it within walking distance of town and KK's Steelmill.

Booked a room. Drove over 175 miles to reach the hotel. Once arrived at the hotel - we attempted to get in, but found out about an extra charge we did not accounted for (a deposit in case any damage was made to the room). I had a conversation with the manager/owner about this charge so we could access the room. When I attempted to pay the charge - the manager/owner accused me of being aggressive and completely cancelled my booking, leaving us stranded in Wolverhampton. (I did explain to him the distance we travelled to get there). Absolutely poor service and wouldn't recommend

Very modern and affordable rooms, some parts could have been cleaned better but overall it’s a good place to stay if you need to be close to the city centre. I stayed for one night and it has everything I needed plus extras in the room which I didn’t expect such as water bottles in the fridge, a hairdryer and iron and ironing board.

Room was lovely, looked out onto the garden area, was very quiet, bed was comfortable, everything you need for an overnight stay or longer😊

This is a scam. It is not an apartment, it is a tiny room with a microwave, a strangely large fridge, and a communal kitchen. No dining space, no proper cutlery or crockery, no seating space, just a bed and a wardrobe. At least the bed was comfortable and the heating worked! The parking is mostly on street. Rubbish place, don't bother.

All facilities as described but we had to call and text to many times to be able to enter the building. I think instructions need to be clearer as it was never stated in the text i received that after the pin i was supposed to click also the last on right. Well that night it took us over 30 minutes to get it and we were under the rain.

Great place and location, booked again already!!

Although our reservation started off badly (booking.com cancelled it) once we were sorted and had all the details we had a really lovely stay. The bed was really comfortable with loads of pillows! The TV had Netflix on it and the whole place was absolutely spotless! The shower was a little hard to use and the temperature control wasn't the best but it was still a nice experience. Would probably visit again but make sure I have more comfortable shoes as it took us 20mins to walk the the shops

We booked 2 nights stay using bookings.com. Despite using a valid credit card, we got a message that booking was cancelled ‘not a valid card’ Actually the owner was trying to charge the card illegally for additional sums. Anyway he sent a text to confirm the booking. He advertises parking which is a street parking and HARDLY available. The property got a CCTV Camera in the kitchen which will never happen anywhere in the world. Faulty showers, manager NOT available whenever called, despite promising refund, refused. Most reviews are fake and paid by the owner on bookings. The guests have to rely on a thermostat for heating which is locked and set by the property owner. So if you feel cold, you are told to go out and open the kitchen door. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Stayed for work trip. Spotlessly clean & great value & quality. All things you could possibly need in room, kitchen & bathroom. Better than many chain hotels & manager was very helpful on my arrival.

I booked to stay here for two days, but on the morning of the booking I got a message asking for photo ID and a copy of my bank card (they said it was ok to cover some of the numbers). They said this is because they don’t have a reception and it was to give me access to entry. Now I often stay in Airbnb’s, and never have I been asked for this information and I wasn’t comfortable sending them. The manager stopped taking my calls or booking.com’s, so I didn’t know if I still had my booking. Long and short. I did get charged and neither the manager or booking.com have responded to any of my messages to get me my money back. I would strongly suggest, thats only book this place if you’re happy with this arrangement, as it doesn’t say that this is what is expected anywhere.
