What an odd experience, all seemed ok with the booking until we received a separate message telling us that our late check in time would be an extra Β£30. This wasn't flagged on any of the booking sites until I'd made a non - refundable booking. On arrival it was cash or bank transfer only for this extra payment. To be honest we were debating just biting the bullet and booking a hotel on arrival to London as we felt somewhat unnerved by the constant WhatsApp messaging from the night staff asking where we were, how long we were going to be and if we could hurry up. (Having already stated our arrival time and agreed to pay the Β£30 fee for them to be there until 23:00). To be honest had I been traveling alone I simply wouldn't have gone to the apartment. The room itself was ok but more like a large cleaning cupboard. Avoid

Good for the price/location. Very functional and affordable. We had the basement flat which has a window/door onto the back yard. My only criticism was the noise from above was constant, feels like it was under a shop. Check-in was easy.

Stayed in flat 1 here for 3 nights. Would recommend. Mild complaints: The air conditioning is a small and cheap unit, so not very effective. The smartsave brochure in the room ended up being expired by years. Positives: Had a lovely view of some chalk art right outside the window. Caledonian Road was great to be on because of all the shops and public transit right outside. Competitive price for the location. Friendly and polite owner / staff. Comfy bed.

I stayed in Caledonian Studio Flats for about 1.5 months and really liked it for its cleanliness, politeness and responsiveness of the personnel, their quick response to any request. I highly recommend Caledonian Studio Flats to anyone who is looking for a short or long term stay in central London.

Flat #1 looked like hell and it was only 30 degrees outside. You have to try to sleep with windows opened and the noise was horrible. When people moved in the floor above it seemed the roof will fall. Small bed (135) for 2 persons. Wardrobe probably was older than me and I’m 55 Furniture in general was a disaster. They have a reduced time to check in and just in case you arrive out of it you will be charged 30Β£ Will never be back there for sure Recommended for those wanting to now hell in earth

Excellent location. Close to public transport. Direct underground to several main locations. Safe, happy neighbourhood. Very clean room. Nice big bathroom. Great bed, slept wonderful. Both Yash and Kaushik were very helpful and accomodating. Will recommend this a thousand percent πŸ‘Œ

What a disappointment. The photos they put out do not, in any way, accurately depict the accommodation available. There are photos of the room I stayed in..... they're something like 67 and 69 of 88. All very deceptive. It wasn't even very clean. Avoid.

Room size is good, neat and tidy, comfy beds. Some thoughtful features such as a small folding table, very functional. Location is central and close to vibrant canal. Super friendly and helpful host. Will surely recommend.

It was exactly what was depicted on the photo. I stayed 7-nights in late September. We had some internet issues and the owner went above and beyond to get it up and running. I would have given it one more star if there was a comfy chair (like an ikea armchair) at the foot of the bed to chill out on. Definitely enough room there. I like that it is located in a neighbourhood so you get the resident feel of London more than the visitor feel. Would book again.

Clean place, strategic location, only one step there is already a bus stop to the city center, very close with the Co Op , and restaurants, only if there are guests who come at night and don't know how to be polite, it's very annoying because the rooms are close together and the floor is from the board, and just a suggestion, to provide toothpaste, because most guests don't bring toothpaste, everything else is ok πŸ‘,

I have stayed at these apartments several times due to the convenient location to the place of Business I was visiting. The rooms are clean, comfortable and we'll appointed with a choice of local Restaurants & travel links within close walking distance. The owner is very charming, reliable and helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend Caledonian Studio Flats.

I stayed at the Cally Studio on my solo trip, this is an ideal place for travelers who want their own space including an area to work and cook with all kitchen facilities. The location is absolute fab with Caledonian Station and Caledonian Road & Barnsbury Station just walking distance. The Studio is very safe for female sole travelers as the reception is available 24/7 . Shops, Restaurants and all the amenities are available close by. Staff is very friendly and highly recommended this place.
