Unique experience with lots of different drinks. They have a good range of frozen drinks as well as a full menu of normal drinks. We’ve been several times now and all the team are always attentive and welcoming, and the place is always clean with a good atmosphere. Seating areas outside as well as a few small intimate tables inside. Would definitely recommend to start a night or with some friends for a casual night out.

Delightful cocktail experience, led by the fab host Leigh who was very professional in her service. The sorbets are banging, and is a fun way to get drunk. A little pricey, but it's worth it for the experience. Good music inside too

The cocktails are delicious and the menu is extensive (both normal cocktails and frozen creations). The staff are very knowledgeable and attentive. Will definitely be returning.

Don't think of a standard frozen daiquiri or Margherita here. Brozen takes frozen cocktails to a new level by using liquid nitrogen and clever pour overs. It's not a gimmick either - the off-menu frozen whiskey sour they made for me was just incredible. Even in the masses of cocktail bars in Bristol, Brozen still stands out as unique. Although the venue is small, the character of the frozen cocktails and friendly staff more than makes up for it. Definitely book a spot and try it out.

What a lovely and intimate experience! The cocktails are absolutely delicious and very different to other bars. We travelled from the Midlands, the espresso martini frozen version was incredible! Wonderful experience and ever so friendly staff who really know what they are talking about! Would recommend!

Fabulous frozen cocktails and fantastic service! I loved 'Passion on ice'. Everyone in the group loved their drinks. My only recommendation would be to add vegan 'gelato' style cocktails to the menu :) however, there were plenty vegan 'sorbet' options. The place is quite small (but stylish and cosy) so advance booking is recommended.

I went here with 3 friends last weekend for the first time. We intended to stay in this cocktail bar for a few rounds of drinks but unfortunately we had to leave after one round due to the awful service. The drinks that three of us ordered were really delicious! But the drink our other friend ordered had a really horrible taste and was full of alcohol to the point where she could not have it. The couple next to us got the same drink and they also had the same reaction 'This is horrible!'. My friend was really shy about causing a fuss, but I didn't want her to sit there upset with an untouched drink, so I called the waitress over. I asked the waitress if it was possible for her to have another drink as we all tried this one and it was not nice. Even though I would expect a restaurant or bar to replace the drink, I would at least ask for politeness and empahty about this if they didn't want to do so. At this point the waitress became extremely angry and rude! She insisted that all cocktails are strong (even though I would say the opposite), completely missing the point of what we were saying. She then stormed off to talk to the person making the drinks, then 5 minutes later came and took the drink away in a huff without saying anything or even looking at us. The person making the drink then came over and politely asked how he could help, suggesting he was about to make us another drink. The three of us finished our drinks...we waited...we waited...we waited, for an hour! At this point the rest of us really wanted to order a second drink and could not get the waitress' attention because she was avoiding us. After the hour I went into the bar and asked them to bring out the bill because we were going to get drinks somewhere else. I do not know if they were even making her the new drink, but it didn't seem like it. The rude waitress then came out with the bill saying 'you know I've been in the cocktail business for 20 years and all cocktails are strong'. I tried to explain the problem to her again and how I disagreed, and she replied 'I wasn't talking to you' and pretended to have forgotten what I had told her before, saying 'Don't remember you saying that'. Then when we tried to settle the bill my drink was slightly less than the others and she asked how we would like to settle it. I said 'oh I'm okay just splitting it I don't mind'. She then rudely said 'okay well you're welcome to do the maths then'. At which point I said 'okay I will pay the amount of my single cocktail that is on your ipad screen then, that's fine too'. She then became even more difficult, shoving the ipad in my face, even though I said I can't read it because I don't have my glasses on, making me tell her the exact amount when there were only three numbers on the screen. After we paid I asked for her name in order to write this review and let you all know how bad the experience was there. In which she replied 'I don't really work here'. We were all very upset after this and it ruined our night. I really hope this waitress gets a talking to about how to treat customers. So even though some of the cocktails here are absolutely lovely, and others not so nice, definitely avoid the tall slim waitress with the long brown straight hair (the other waitress seemed lovely).

Booked an hour and a half slot for my birthday and it exceeded my expectations! Absolutely amazing - I could've stayed all night!!! Easily the best bar in Bristol. No contest. As a lover of gelato and ice cream in general this is just what my soul needed. I will be coming back here every time I am in Bristol. I also love that it is quite small which makes the atmosphere nice and chill. Honestly everything was great the staff the drinks loved it! I recommend booking a spot to make sure you get a seat

Something a bit different. Love a good liquid nitrogen blender show and the addition of alcohol just makes it more fun. Staff were great, happy to be there, chatty and patient with my indecisive-ness.

I booked the frozen cocktail experience for my birthday and it was so much better than expected! Would recommend it to everyone. Will talked us through how they make everything themselves, and had such good knowledge. It really enhanced the experience and the cocktails were amazing, we ended up really liking drinks that we would never usually order, and the sorbets and gelatos were so different to the usual stuff you get at all the normal chain bars. Will be returning for sure, brilliant value for money as well, thank you!

Popped in on a whim with no idea what they do and was blown away! Only had time for one 'drink' but will absolutely be back to go through the rest of the menu. They turn cocktails into ice cream/sorbets and the ones me and my partner had were amazing! Tasted very good. It's a lovely space and the people working there were very nice and easy to interact with. So glad I happened upon this place and I will be coming back very soon to work my way down the menu. Also worth noting, the cheapest prices for a cocktail of this quality that I've found in the city thus far.

This is a bar we keep coming back to. The guys take cocktails very seriously. We came here once when it was quiet and the guys behind the bar were talking to each other about cocktails the entire time. Highly recommended.

Amazing! Went last night. Loved the atmosphere, the drinks are delicious and stand out from other cocktails bars. They're not the cheapest, but well worth a "treat" or date night. The server was efficient and attentive. Loved all the music being played too.

Really great place if you fancy something different. The frozen cocktails are lovely and creamy, and quite strong! Only thing is, if you want to modify the frozen drinks you can’t as it’s all pre-made which isn’t great for allergies. Other than that, it’s a good spot and the £10 per frozen cocktail is worth it!

Best bar in Bristol! The staff are so incredibly polite, helpful and passionate about all the cocktails. Everything is made locally and is very reasonably priced. I would defo recommend booking to avoid disappointment as it only has a small indoor area!

We went to this bar on the 16th August when we came down from Scotland to see our son. What a find, the best frozen cocktails we have ever had. Will was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. A must visit when in Bristol.

Great little bar in the middle of Bristol, worth going off the main Street to find. Cocktails were delicious, passion on ice a favourite. Made using liquid nitrogen which made the drinks more sorbets so perfect as an after dinner treat.

Made a reservation online for a girls night out and ask for a special request "birthday cocktail for my best friend" and they delivered, was really surprised and so was my bestie, she loved it! The cocktails tasted amazing and the guy that brought us drinks was really friendly and even had a pic with us! Will definitely go again!

Originally booked a masterclass for May, but obviously had to reschedule. Will hosted our cocktail masterclass and was honestly amazing!! We found the class so fascinating. It's not your standard cocktail making class, you don't just go in a shake some drinks. Will taught us the ins and out of how brozen make all their ingredients from scratch and explained the science behind how they make their amazing drinks. The thought behind each brozen cocktail is honestly mind blowing. The 3 brozen dessert cocktails were INSANE. I could eat the coffee one all day everyday. It was so good I want to book the exact same class again 🙌

I was told by my partner that we were going for ice cream and we ended up a surprise, I was shocked that it was actually sorbet and got me quite drunk. I feel she lied to me.

Nice, but expensive

Really enjoyable unique place! I've sampled the cocktails here multiple times and they never cease to amaze. Bar staff are really nice and always willing to have a chat about the drinks they serve! Also banging music. Can't wait to go back after lockdown!
