My boyfriend and I went for our first ever roller skate today. We could barely even stand but the staff were amazing and gave us some 1-1 help (I want to say Emma and Cam but so sorry if that's wrong) but everyone was so sweet! Also the skate squad were super quick if anyone fell/nearly fell so you always felt safe. It's such a fun atmosphere I'm so glad we tried it 😊😊 will be telling all my friends about this! Thanks guys 😄

We are from Southampton and had my daughter bday party there today. It was well worth the distance, everyone had an amazing time and the staff where wonderful. The kids had so much fun, they even stopped the disco to sing happy birthday. Would definitely recommend.

wow!! amazing time skating here, great staff and very watchful skate guards. my kids loved it and they never skated before, the staff taught my daughter the basics and she was off, 100% recommend this to anyone beginner or experienced. good to play the games too and the music along with a chilled atmosphere makes for a even better skate session. if your a first time trier and don't have your own skates they have hire ones and safety gear for children too. GREAT work guys keep it up.

My daughter and I have attended the family session several times and will continue to do so for as long as it is running! The organisers and skate guards are fantastic, not to mention welcoming. The sessions are run professionally and clearly great deal of effort is made to ensure everyone has fun with the added bonus of games, good music and glow sticks, what kid doesn't love a glow stick! If you're thinking of going along then I would absolutely recommend it. They have skates to hire if you don't have your own so there's no reason to not get involved.

So much fun for all the family. Great value for money. Turn up to either session and you won't be disappointed. All abilities are made to feel really welcome and the skateguards do a great job of looking out for the little ones. Can't wait to go again next Sunday!

Everyone was friendly and the facilities were good. I had no idea what the dj was saying for the whole night, but everyone seemed to have fun! I fell over heavily and one of the skate guards came over and helped me, which was helpful and really kind. The seating was small gym benches-Very low. You just need to manage your expectations if it's a family time out. My 17yr son and his gf really enjoyed it. A cafe (opportunity to buy drinks)would have been good. (Maybe I am too old for a roller disco afterall!!!)😂

Really good fun. Can't understand what the DJ was saying due to really poor sound system. Roller booting was good though. Sort the PA out and it would get 5 stars.

My first time visiting a roller disco couldn't be better! Great lights, DJ, smoke machines and incredibly helpful staff, especially the skate guards helping people who have fallen down and making sure no collisions happen. Highly recommend this place! It was such a cute date as well ❤️

I skate here every week and highly recommend it, nice family orientated atmosphere which also welcomes experienced skaters and weaving though the little gremlins is fun, it has a grippy floor too :)

Took my daughters to the family session at ferndown leisure centre. They have never tried it before so I thought it would be suitable session as it was advertised as suitable for beginners of all ages. Unfortunately it was too loud, too hot and felt so unsafe - adults zooming around really fast. It was in full swing when I got there at 3pm, which was confusing as I believed it was due to start at that time. No helmets. The helpers seemed more interested in having fun than helping anyone, and the staff came across as arrogant. My youngest daughter was too scared and only had a short go. My eldest daughter persevered but ended up falling down hard and hurting herself. When I mentioned to the man that the skate helpers seemed far too interested in having fun than assisting anyone he told me that I’d be lucky to find anywhere where they’d be willing help teach anyone. No idea if that’s true but I certainly won’t be bringing my children back!

We booked Oli’s roller disco for my daughter’s 12th birthday. She and her friends had an absolute blast! X Tina, Dan and their amazing team were so warm and welcoming, the music and games were fab and it felt really safe . Can’t wait to come back !

So fun! I’ve been going since just before COVID and I honestly love it. The music is always such a vibe and the games are so fun. It’s quite loud but personally I don’t mind it. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to have a fun afternoon.

A great experience for all ages, but as expected there are more younger people that attend. It's great for a group to get together and have a laugh. Plenty of parking in the sports centre's carpark and you can either hire skates for an extra £1 or bring your own. Very reasonable price and you get plenty of time to try out your skills and dance to music. I now wish I could find somewhere local to learn professionally how to skate 😂

Bit of a maze to find, but friendly competent staff, decent dj and lighting, hall is a pretty good size, has section up top for learning, overall pleasant experience, price for session is about average 👍🏻
