Where
do
I
start.
Ordered
a
takeaway
via
their
website
on
NYE.
I
fully
understand
its
a
really
busy
night
so
expected
some
delay
however
the
food
didn't
arrive
until
3
hours
after
I
ordered!!!
I
called
the
restaurant
3
times
and
was
fobbed
off
every
single
time.
First
time
I
was
told
it
was
out
for
delivery.....45
minutes
later
(bare
in
mind
we
live
maybe
15
minute
drive
from
the
actual
restaurant)
still
no
delivery.
I
ended
up
calling
a
second
time
to
then
be
told
by
the
exact
same
person
that
I
wasn't
told
previously
that
it
went
out
for
delivery
and
instead
that
they
had
to
wait
for
the
driver
to
arrive
which
they
now
had.
At
this
point,
blood
is
beginning
to
boil,
I
told
them
if
it
wasn't
there
in
15
mins
I
would
lose
my
patience
because
it
was
2
hours
at
this
point.
A
further
hour
later,
still
no
food.
I
called
again,
guy
goes
off
and
pretends
to
speak
to
someone,
tells
me
it's
out
for
delivery,
I
asked
for
a
refund
as
I
didn't
believe
it
would
ever
turn
up.
He
told
me
I
couldn't
have
a
refund
because
the
food
was
already
cooked
and
sent
out
to
which
I
said
they
have
no
proof
of
that,
I
have
no
food
and
nobody
has
come
to
my
door
as
I
have
a
camera,
the
guy
goes
"well
yeah
but
but
but
its
out
for
delivery
now"
I
ended
up
hanging
up
and
then
the
food
finally
arrived,
soggy,
cold
and
generally
not
nice
at
all.
We
only
had
4
items
and
it
was
shocking.
NEVER
AGAIN.
