Absolutely diabolical!! 2 hours late food arrived cold, called to complain rude staff manager wouldn’t speak to me said too busy. The cocky women on the phone was rude and disrespectful! Wouldn’t bother ordering from here!

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely appalling. Ordered on their website at 6.19pm, got an email to say deliver would be around 7.30pm. Called at 8pm to be told that it was being cooked in the kitchen right now and will be 30 minutes. 9pm nothing. No attempt to contact me to let me know any delay. Called again at9pm not even on their way so I cancelled. Left hungry and disappointed, if they couldn't deliver the order why take it? Why not communicate what's going on. Never ever ordering from here again. Awful customer service. Money grabbing and no care for their customers.

The food from here is amazing. Have ordered from here many times. However thoroughly disappointed with the service this evening. We have been waiting for over 2 hours!! When I rang to find out where our order is, I got told sorry, it'll be another 30 minutes!! Recommend the food 100%, but not the delivery.

Zero stars. Ordered at 5pm with delivery estimate of 45-60 minutes. Order still hasn't turned up 3 hours later. If you want to eat at a sensible time don't order from here. Food finally turned up. Was average at best, delivery times was just over 3 hours.

Move onto the next restaurant in the list. Not worth the aggravation this company causes you. I wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order. Did so online, and got a confirmation email, followed by the delivery email saying 5:48. Called at 18:30 to be told, still being cooked and to wait another hour. How can you send a delivery email when you haven't even cooked the food yet. So disappointing that you have lost any future business you would have gotten from me. Update: At 19:30 they phone me up, no deliveries tonight, can I come pick it up? Cancelled the order and demanded a refund.

Ordered at 5.30pm and immediately received an email confirming receipt of order and giving an estimated time for delivery of 6.17. At 6.35pm I called to chase the delivery and was told a load of orders had gone into kitchen and to wait 30 minutes. I called back 35 minutes later and was told some orders had just left so mine "should" be in those. I asked for them to check and it was confirmed the food was. At 7.30pm we finally got our food

I don't normally leave reviews but this place is so bad I'd like to save others from wasting their money. The food finally arrived after 2 hours and 2 phone calls chasing it, the order was wrong and the food was disgusting, we binned most of it. Worst Chinese I've ever used.

Wouldn’t use them again, didn’t go in the restaurant ordered a takeaway. Ordered our food was told it would be an hour for delivery waiting an 1.5 hours, so phoned them again was told ours would be the next one out for delivery waiting another hour and ten minutes so all together we waited two hours forty minutes. So we decided to go and get it lady in restaurant was so rude couldn’t careless. No customer care what so ever. If you are hungry don’t use

Food turned up in good time and we were excited to try a new local Chinese takeaway. Sadly completely inedible. I cant inagine this is what they normally produce as no-one would go back. I have never had such a salty dish in my life ... only the rice was possible to eat. ... on the upside good if you are dieting though as none of us could eat it..

Terrible, no matter when you order you always have to wait over 2 and a half hours even though their delivery email states less than an hour. When you telephone after allotted email time always told be half an hour, phone back 40 mins later told it will be another half and hour, just relentless wait after wait. Tried many times now and it's the same every single time.

Original wait time 40mins I phoned up after 1 hour to find out how much longer to be told a further 30mins waited another 40mins it finally turned up very disappointed all containers had leaked and food was extremely salty

Ordered and received confirmation email. After a hour still no email with delivery time so phoned the shop to chase. Order was found but was forgot to be cooked. How this happens is anyone’s guess! Was told it would be another hour with a insulting 10% off. So just cancelled and they have lost a customer! Useless!

Ordered over the phone and went to collect to be told cash only. Told there’s a cash point nearby, however I only have my phone. Who doesn’t take cards these days? Why not tell me over the phone it’s cash only. Really? Fortunately Dominos over the road take cards. Pizza it is then.

The service is so disorganised I phoned through at 5pm with my order to collect only 2 dishes!! Told it would be ready by 5.30! So I went to collect it at this time there were 5 other customers all waiting for theirs too a walk came in and ordered theirs…they all left before me…6pm I left the shop with my order!!! Worst service ever!!!

Great food but took an hour and three quarters to arrive!! I’m not from the area, but if I had of realized the shop was only a four minute walk away I would have gone and collected it!

Ordered a meal at 7.00 with a delivery time of 8.10. and was delivered shortly before 10.00. I phoned 3 times and each time it would be with us shortly. Requested a refund after an hour late and none has been given. Food was poor with uncrispy chilli beef and slimy beansprouts and limp cold chips. My advice would be to avoid.

I waited for 2 hours 20 mins and the order did not turn up. Rang Golden Horse who said there was no order left. Then they put the phone down on me. Appalling service.

Where do I start, I live in Bh11 so was happy to collect my order on Christmas Eve. We were really looking forward to our meal as rarely get take away these days. I ordered 4 meat dishes & I rice dish. Collected, drove home got the food out & 2 of the dishes were wrong, plus 1 meal missing, phoned straight away & was asked to go back which I didn’t want to do as just got home. The sweet & sour chicken Hong Kong style was so much sauce & veg but very little meat. The chicken with orange sauce was vile, the sauce tasted just like cheap concentrated orange juice & not like a sauce at all, the rice had clearly been reheated as was dry & crispy. Our entire meal went in the bin. I was given a refund for the 2 wrong dishes & ended up cooking sausage rolls as everyone was hungry ! Don’t waste your time or money, awful food & service!

Where do I start. Ordered a takeaway via their website on NYE. I fully understand its a really busy night so expected some delay however the food didn't arrive until 3 hours after I ordered!!! I called the restaurant 3 times and was fobbed off every single time. First time I was told it was out for delivery.....45 minutes later (bare in mind we live maybe 15 minute drive from the actual restaurant) still no delivery. I ended up calling a second time to then be told by the exact same person that I wasn't told previously that it went out for delivery and instead that they had to wait for the driver to arrive which they now had. At this point, blood is beginning to boil, I told them if it wasn't there in 15 mins I would lose my patience because it was 2 hours at this point. A further hour later, still no food. I called again, guy goes off and pretends to speak to someone, tells me it's out for delivery, I asked for a refund as I didn't believe it would ever turn up. He told me I couldn't have a refund because the food was already cooked and sent out to which I said they have no proof of that, I have no food and nobody has come to my door as I have a camera, the guy goes "well yeah but but but its out for delivery now" I ended up hanging up and then the food finally arrived, soggy, cold and generally not nice at all. We only had 4 items and it was shocking. NEVER AGAIN.

Placed a order online , told would be 45 minutes after 1hr later called to be told by a rude women they only just started cooking it . After 1hr 30 minutes told they was waiting for a driver . Asked for refund as had kids waiting too and refused it by this place . AVOID THIS PLACE NO WONDER THEY GOT SO MANY BAD REVIEWS !!!!

Best of the best Fish chef special I remember was really amazing ~ very authentic and always improving the style of Chinese foods over the years)You won’t regret the decision and I can recommend all my friends too

Food was very good, however the delivery sucks. We ordered online before they opened. Got our email with the delivery time which stated 18:45, well....let me not say. I would have rated them a star less if it wasn't for the fact that the food was tasty. Its a shame. Will have Chinese on another day, just not with them.

Ordered a take away, the ribs were virtually inedible, obviously had been reheated and were dry and hard. Last time we ordered a delivery for 7.30 pm it turned up half an hour early and cold. We thought we give it another go, bit very dissapointed.

Order at 530 said it be there at 635 was still waiting at 715 and order didn't arrive in till 8 food like warm on the upper hand the delivery driver was very apologetic and would give him 5 stars instead

Ordered our £70 Chinese treat at 6pm - 9pm still no food - every time I phoned I was told the driver is on his way ……cancelled my order and took my business elsewhere

Apart from the disgusting kitchen (dirty as hell) I dont know how they are able to operate with a food licence, they took my 15 year old son on to work the till and after 6 hours of training we asked when he would be paid, to which we were told that he wouldn't be until he was fully trained!

Not worth it buying there food completely wast of time very disappointed is unbelievable words definitely get my Chinese takeaway some where eales then here

Good food but always really late delivery. Keep forgetting this and re ordering but after tonight I won't be ordering again. Ordered at 6pm, now 7:45pm and the driver still hasn't come back from another delivery so don't expect our food until after 8pm.

First time using. Easy to order online and pay with gpay or credit card, top marks! Food was piping hot, huge tasty portions . Really enjoyed the meal. Nice friendly delivery lady. Perfect takeaway experience.
