Booked
a
surfing
lesson
for
my
partner's
birthday,
£30
each
for
pretty
much
zero
tuition.
We
would
have
been
better
off
going
to
Rest
Bay
and
hiring
boards
for
£10
each
and
figuring
it
out
ourselves.
They
did
a
5
mins
safety
talk,
took
us
into
the
sea
and
the
instructor
came
over
maybe
three
times
in
2
hours
to
see
how
we
were
getting
on.
Waste
of
money
and
really
dissapointed.
We
went
to
Rest
Bay
and
rented
boards
as
soon
as
the
lesson
finished
and
wished
we
had
just
done
that
to
begin
with!

-
it
was
nothing
to
do
with
low
waves
and
we
didn't
want
to
leave
the
lesson
as
wanted
to
try
and
get
our
moneys
worth
and
make
the
most
of
the
low
waves,
as
noone
can
control
that!
It
was
only
due
to
the
lack
of
tuition
that
we
were
dissapointed
and
nothing
more.
The
waves
picked
up
and
we
had
a
good
time
on
them.
I
did
try
to
ask
for
help
from
the
instructor
a
few
times
but
he
wasn't
often
near
us
and
didn't
offer
much
help
when
he
was.
We
learnt
more
trying
on
our
own
for
the
remainder
of
the
day
with
rented
boards
at
Rest
Bay.
All
the
staff
at
Coney
were
very
friendly
and
warm
and
it
did
have
a
lovely
family
feel
but
this
was
overshadowed
by
the
lack
of
tution
which
I
would
expect
when
paying
for
a
lesson.
Sorry
to
leave
a
negative
review,
but
I
was
really
disappointed.
