Love this place. Eaten here 6 times now, Sunday dinner, breakfast, jacket potatoes, pizza, chippy and donuts have all been 10/10. Can definitely recommend this place. There is a lovely friendly atmosphere and the guy that owns it it always about greeting customers. They food always came quickly and hot. I will be returning, maybe even today!

Absolutely delighted with all of the food my family had, especially the home made gluten free Sunday dinner. Would highly recommend for anyone to visit but in particular anybody with gluten allergies! Good service, lovely staff and good prices!!

We went in there based on the signage saying they did ‘KFC style’ chicken. We ordered chicken and chips, looking forward to our kfc style chicken. This turned out to be very misleading and a lie. As you will see from the picture attached, what we got was a nasty tasteless chicken breast. When we pointed this out to the ‘manager’ he said they don’t do that kind of chicken! But why advertise then?! This is just a warning to those that love ‘kfc style chicken’, you will end up with bland chicken breast. We ended up throwing most of it away. Chips were nice though. Be careful!

Absolutely love this family friendly and dog friendly place we came nearly everyday for breakfast!! Lovely friendly staff, great atmosphere and the food is delicious. They serve breakfast all day and are very affordable. Also love how the chippy and ice cream parlour are only next door. Lovely outdoor seating area too which is great for people who are in a wheelchair. 100% go here if you want a nice friendly service with gorgeous affordable food.

24/6/2023 came here for fish and chips. Will put pictures on for prices. But probably one of the best fish and chips in ingoldmells and Skegness. Pricey but due to price increase in most food restaurants and cafes,I'd say it's fair.chips were lovely and fish was very nice. Portions could of been bigger but again with how things are u can understand. Friendly staff. Going for breakfast there tomorrow hoping that'll be as good as the fish and chips.

Have eaten here lots. On this occasion was average , not terrible but not great . Disappointing as we have honestly had some fantastic fish and chips here. The small fish my daughter had was dry , the large fish were okay but still very dry at the tail end. Might go back...

I attended this place with my family after reading such positive reviews - wish I hadn't.... We came for dinner during the popular holiday weeks and ordered two of the main meals from the menu. When I first went up to the counter, no one greeted me - they simply continued to walk past me until one of the staff members stared at me and nodded her head - guess that meant I could start ordering?? We had to get our drinks ourselves, not even any glasses for cold drinks just told to get some cans out of the fridge. We decided to eat inside as we were impressed with the updated seating and chairs compared to what it looked like 10 years ago - it has improved inside. However, the flies were a nightmare!!! We have eaten in other establishments with open fronts and not had this problem.....? Once our dinner arrived, we were shocked at the lack of presentation. My food was so obviously microwaved with sauce splattered everywhere on my plate while the other two portions of food were shocking: dry, dry, dry and again... blitzed in the microwave. We struggled to keep it down but with a cost of over £20!!!! No one wants to have a confrontation on their holiday nor should you have to complain - if the food was what was advertised, there would be no need to!! It's obvious the most positive comments are about the chipshop but clearly the main menu is something that should be removed. You cannot claim to have homemade quality food when it is then blitzed to within an inch of its life in the microwave and tastes like it comes from a tin!! So sad but relieved to see other reviews who agree with main menu items. Sadly, we were so put off we won't be visiting again.

Went for breakfast based on how busy it was inside. Food was lovely and plenty of it on the mighty breakfast. Staff are great especially the bloke I believe to be the owner he greeted us with a huge smile and had good interaction with the customers. We are back next week and look forward to having a main meal here 😋

1 star is going way too far should be a big fat zero. Ordered jacket potato which was supposed to come with side salad garnish yeah none, cheese was melting on my plate thrown on the side beans were in an egg cup what the hecks that about??? chicken pie was so over microwaved it was rock hard with no sauce left and shrivelled to death gross, my sisters meal was no better lasagne was yep you got it microwaved baby !!! hand full of chips mixed in with flies, absolute rubbish £25 later AVOID!!!! or go round the back and pull a meal from the dumpster there would be no difference.

Inexpensive menu with lots of appetising options. Very busy, but service and meal quality didn't suffer because of it. Highly recommended.

Only gave it 3 stars for atmosphere as the next table had 4 kids with their parents and they had got a 3 Yr old girl who was just moaning and her baby brother who had learnt the art of a high pitch scream.... not Pie Palaces fault but I would have asked them to leave, instead of the amount of tables that left.

Very average establishment. Avoid the chicken and chips dish at all costs. It tasted as good as it looks in the photo. Rest of the food was ok but rather standard. Went based on Tripadvisor reviews but there's absolutely no justification for such a high rating. Reasonably priced and good service.

Love the Pie Palace but our last trip was very disappointing the shepherd's pie is normally amazing but unfortunately this last visit it was not we couldn't find the meat the dish had been bulked out with tomatoes and mushrooms and tasted more like bolganase with mashed spud ontop , very disappointing and I'm afraid to say we probably won't visit again.

Just arrived into SV, great location from parking, staff are well presented, place is clean - nice touch with the booths. Fed family of four for £21.. Tall Gent with blond hair who brings food is great, Waited 10 mins for food.. (doesn’t still like ya typical spoon) - Highly Recommend,

Ordered what sounded nice, lasagne and chips for lunch, I had to send it back as it was still cold and watery in the middle. Staff was friendly enough, but the food actually tasted awful. Not recommended sorry

We've just spent a week in Ingoldmells and we always go here. Their gluten free menu is extensive and having three coeliacs in the family it's a must to be able to find somewhere that does gluten free. Practically everything is available gluten free, even pizza, and is the same price as the 'muggle' food as well which was a nice surprise because its usually more expensive. My son is happy now that he doesn't have to go into skegness for fish and chips, the only thing is, and it's not a complaint, more of a suggestion and that is gluten free doughnuts please 😁, honestly you would make a fortune! Oh and the staff, mustn't forget those, they're brilliant, nothing is too much trouble.
