Worst shisha cafe I’ve ever been. Attended with my partner to be surrounded by guys which made him feel incredibly uncomfortable. The service was terrible and the Asian girl couldn’t have been more over the top. You need to sort out your decor. I would recommend anyone who’s thinking of going here to try out oasis I had a much better experience! Dodge the bullet

Very good shisha. Good customer service. I like the decor, very chilled out. You get water served at your table as soon as you sit down. Able to order and pay at your table using your card. Milkshakes and mock tails are amazing. Definitely recommend.

Had 4 hookahs in total with different flavours (Love 66, ice apple, African Queen and mango special) and all 4 were incredible bad, Tabasco quality is so poor it was impossible to smoke it even. Would not recommend it nor will be coming here again.

Second time they don’t have certain shisha flavours in stock, mocktail and dessert was so basic, the only good thing was the frequent coal changes and the music. Definitely need to up their game like urban and elixir 👍

They changed their sofa, its so uncomfortable, it feels like sitting on bus stand, It use to be really nice and comfortable, Not enjoy anymore so now we going to different shisha cafe, plus i have seen alot of customers coming to different shisha cafe just bcuz of the the issue of new seating arrangements which is not comfortable and no privacy , Customer comes to relax and they totally didn't care. Plus they always save money on heating, so its cold all the time, work guys come very late to change the coals, so in total they went from 5stars to 1star now. I will not go back again until they fix these issues

Absolutely atrocious!!! We had to run out of the “Lounge” after a FAT RAT ran from under our seats! Pest control DEFINITELY need a visit in that place, it was disgusting! Also looks NOTHING like its “google pictures” The service wasn’t great and atmosphere was dead. Would never recommend.

Owner very good didn't like first shisha he changed it and offer free pot of mint tea as welcome best place in glascow for shisha

It is strange to order and pay in advance at the entrance but the service is nice and the staff friendly and well organised. The food and shishas are well done.

Lovely environment and delicious drinks. However limited staff so the service was a bit slow.
