Awful, truly awful....I got a front door replaced and when it started to jam I called into the factory to ask it be fixed, fine the first time but when it jammed sometime later and I revisited the factory I approached the front desk to mention it, only to be cut off by who I assume to be the boss in a truly ignorant and exasperated fashion. He took his abuse out on a worker who I immediately felt sorry for, who couldn't do more to sort the problem (he was the only reason I added another star). In short, avoid.

Avoid this company at all costs! The owner fails to return most calls and when he does he is abusive. They totally messed up my order and unbelievably delivered someone else's window to me. Tommy offered me a refund of £30 which is a total insult. I am actually contacting trading standards next.

Cannot praise Tommy and his team enough! Visited the showroom after discovering Enviro on Facebook. John, the salesman knows his stuff and helped make deciding easy, he was very knowledgeable about the products and what would work best for my style of house. Everything was fully installed within two weeks and I am delighted with the end results. Wish I had done it sooner!

Tommy was excellent from start to finish, he helped me pick the right windows for my house delivered and fitted on time and with a better price than other places I got quotes from. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely delighted with new porch! Can't thank Tommy and his team of workers enough. From initial visit to completion they have been terrific. The 3 guys involved in the building work/installation were fantastic, turned up when they said, worked constantly, tidied up after themselves. Enviro have restored my faith in workmen! Excellent in every way from first telephone call to finished work. Fitter was very polite, knowledgeable and left site having cleaned up immaculately. In all a great product and fitted well by an excellent company! Would highly recommend Enviro windows! Many thanks!
