I purchased a compatable drive belt for my nodic track cross trainer on 23rd december and fitted it to the machine it as subsiqently broke and upon contacting gymparts were told that i had fitted it incorectly. I said it hadnt and that i felt the product was inferia to the original nordic track part i was tol that it wasnt and that all the nordic track machines and parts were mass produced in china implying that the part they sent was suprior to orginal nordic track part. They were ten very helpfull asking if i wanted contact detail for nodic track to purchase a orginal part i declined .ps please be aware of puchasing there suprior compatable parts. Thankyou

Impeccable service. Upper late cable had snapped on my bodymax cf660 lat machine, power house fitness told me that the cable would take 6 months to arrive from china. Contacted Expert Fitness, I sent them my snapped cable, they called me and took payment for the cable replacement and the next day I had my new cable. Installed and my lat machine is now working perfectly Probably the best service i've recieved in a long time. Thank you very much!

Had an issue with my spinning bike at home and called them for advice to see what was the best option, spoke to a gentleman named Lyndon who was fantastic, diagnosed the fault over the phone and received my replacement sensor the next day! Brilliant from start to finished. Purchased a PowerJog Deck 31st March 2023 called on Monday 3rd April and advised by a member of the team it would arrive before the Bank Holiday, it arrived on the 6th April 2023. Had a engineer install it on the 7th April. Really pleased and I highly recommend Gymparts.
