Kept me informed regarding my order (unfortunately the skate tool I needed for my quads isn’t available anywhere in the U.K. at the moment!) and sent the remainder of my order promptly and I’m very happy with it. The refund for the skate tool was processed quickly so I was able to order it from Germany. I will certainly consider using Bridgend cycle centre for future purchases.

Bought several pairs of Derby skates & accessories here. Always competitive pricing & great customer service & quality. Highly recommended 5 star service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ! I also work & teach at a local skating ring, (Walpole Highway skaters) so understand quality skates that last. As a loyal customer I often recommend Bridgend Cycle/skate centre as a supplier. Hence will be looking at buying more Derby skates again very soon!!

I somewhat recently ordered & collected a skateboard, helmet and shoulder & knee pad set from them. The board is great and so far the safety gear has done a good job of protecting me from falls. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent advice on what type of board I should get as a beginner. I can't wait to practice more!.

I have ordered skates, separate plates, and many wheels from Bridgend. Whenever I order an odd assortment of things for my skate setup, or just the plates too from an EU company, Bridgend are always really good at emailing or calling to double check, to ensure that I get what I want, as we all know it's hard buying online sight unseen. I can highly recommend them for a good service and a good price

Had a brilliant experience with these guys. I'll be honest I had tried one of their competitors first as I hadn't seen these guys to have one of the worst experiences on the phone I've ever had felt like I was bothering them by asking questions. Bridgend cycles on the other hand were super helpful and delivered on everything they said they would and put up with me being super excited to get my skates ready! Natalie thank you it was a pleasure dealing with you the skates are fantastic and so is your service if anyone is thinking of buying skates from these guys absolutely go for it. They mounted the plates perfectly as well ! Had a bad experience elsewhere on that front 😭

Popped in today to buy a skate / BMX helmet. The guy took the time to go through he products and help me select the right product. I also took my skates in as I was having trouble mounting a set of grind blocks. Again, the owner took the time to address the problem, come up with a solution and fit the blocks for me. I would give six stars if I could. This is everything a proper shop should be. I can't recommend highly enough.

Went to Bridgend today visiting the shop and found the experience was great, they were very professional and helpful and we will be back to purchase 2 electric bikes 👍

Amazing experience. I feel very fortunate to have been taken care of by very knowledgeable people at Bridgend Cycle (and quads!) Centre. I snapped a plate on my Moxi skates, and was talked through options to replace it. My skates were returned with new plates fitted and they are amazing. Then I bought a whole new setup here because I was so impressed with the service. Since then I've been back to BCC numerous times because I know I'll be so well looked after. Thank you so much ❤️

I had the best experience with Bridgend Cycle Centre! I ordered a pair of gorgeous pink skates from them and they were so easy to communicate with, which was really appreciated as the skate manufacturer wasn't clear at all (so many of my friends had trouble finding out about their skates and delivery dates - lucky I didn't have that experience)! Great experience, I will be ordering from them again :)

Best skate shop I've dealt with ! I ordered Moxi Rainbow Riders from these lovely people, and confessed I had cancelled an order from a previous retailer due to lack of communication , as I was placing a pre order. They were extremely helpful, replied to every email I sent for updates on the skates. No fault of their own the skates got delayed twice coming into the country, and they were more than happy to send me the dates , I got tracking info from DHL so I knew they'd been dispatched. Couldn't be happier and will definitely be using this retailer again in the future! Thankyou again guys !

A great supplier for all things with wheels! Previously ordered some skates from them and they went to the effort of emailing to check I was aware of how their sizing worked. Ordered some other things more recently and they sorted a stock issue incredibly quickly and with great communication- even offered a bit of a discount because something was out of stock! Great prices and selection of products- most things are slightly cheaper than other providers- specifically roller derby gear, and the free delivery over £25 seems like the best deal around currently! They also had some toe covers in stock I couldn't find anywhere else. Communication speed- great! Quick to email, quick to confirm orders and delivery. Not been to their in person store (bit far) but they're now my go to place online for roller skate orders- thanks again!
