I
signed
up
for
the
6-week
introduction
to
Strength
and
Conditioning
Course
and
if
you're
thinking
about
signing
up
but
need
more
convincing,
this
is
your
sign!
I
never
thought
I'd
lift
heavy
after
a
work-related
incident
4yrs
ago,
but
after
my
first
week
to
the
intro
course,
I
stopped
being
scared
of
heavy
bars,
plates,
dumbbells,
and
kettlebells.
I
left
each
session
(whether
it's
Barbell
Club
or
MetCon)
with
a
sense
of
pride
and
accomplishment
because
I
could
see
and
feel
my
progress.
The
coaches
are
kind,
approachable,
and
extremely
professional.
They
motivate
you
when
they
know
you
can
do
better,
and
ensure
that
they
are
nearby
to
ensure
you
are
safe.
The
gym
members
were
very
welcoming
and
embraced
me
in
the
community.
Everybody
is
approachable
and
inspiring,
and
are
happy
to
share
techniques
to
improve
your
form
or
how
to
maximise
your
workouts.
The
gym
also
has
friendly
competitions
and
social
events
for
the
members
that
makes
it
really
unique
and
special
in
my
opinion.
This
is
a
nice
and
beginner-friendly
gym
well
worth
a
5-star
rating.
