I received a parking fine of £115 for parking here. The first letter I have seen is a final notice, with the offending date being 5 months ago. I live nearby, so the only reason for me to ever park there is to go shopping there. I clearly have no recourse other than to pay this fine because of the parasitic and aggressive nature of parking companies. Putting in these validation machines was Tesco’s choice, so please spare me “ we outsource our parking management”. I used to do my weekly shop here, I will never be returning.

Very average supermarket/dept. store stocked with too many products that are too close to their sell by date. During one visit I found manky oranges, lemons, bananas, lettuce, cucumber, onions and courgettes (I don't have a fetish for feeling up fruit and veg). Also, if you use a vehicle and visit during peak times, it might take you a few years to get out the place.

I have always enjoyed shopping at Tescos but you have finally pushed me back to Morrisons, 4 on the tills, huge queues at the self serve system. Not a very pleasant reply from the member of staff when asked if any chance of more tillers!! Then having to listen to another member of staff saying she wasn’t going to return to work, so not just your customers are going!!

I love Tesco! They have everything I need, from food to clothes to household items. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Tesco to everyone!

I bought my phone there, and the people was helpful. Samsung A12 no longer in the market, Samsung 13A must be then. Same price than the older model, but twice the memory.

Broke down in the exit road from the car park. Whilst I realise moving me out of the way was less to do with my safety and much more about the back log in the car park.... After we had been pushed out of the way the free coffee and way of getting out of the parking fine in Aldi's car park was very welcome while we waited for rescue.

It's one of the easiest places to shop in Lichfield, free car parking for 3hrs, with good access from the car park to the shopping floor. Good prices if your a club card holder, on a par with most discounters.

Busy, but all the shelves were well stocked. Shame there's no delicatessen in store, nor butcher or fishmonger. Pre packed looked far from appealing. In fact, a couple of the fish items were actually a day out of date.

Great selection of goods...unfortunately at our checkout someone had spilled a packet of big chocolate buttons and it hadn't been cleaned up. Treading into them then going outside in the hot sun where they melted on your shoes was not good...we did draw our cashier's attention to them..

I think they’re taking the Mickey now, there’s barely any normal tills to go through, everything is self service!!! Went on a Saturday at 6pm when I though it would be quiet .. it wasn’t, ended up queuing in the basket aisle self service for 18 minutes .. if they expect you to pack your own groceries then I want paying for it! Grrrr

Bought Welsh cakes today. When I got home they were 15 days past the best before date. Have tried to find a telephone number or email address to make a complaint but it is impossible to speak to someone. Finally found a WhatsApp number and was able to communicate with someone. They have sent a £5 digital voucher.

I'm not usually one to complain but on wanting to get access to the reduced shelf to merely just look i was met with a member of staff that not only barricaded herself in but was also instead of doing her job she was playing on her phone like she didn't want to be there, asked her if she was finished and was replied with "does it look like I'm finished?" Never met someone so rude in all my life. If I was like that in my job I'd have been halled into the office, not happy.

Nice large store with lots of stock. They change the layout a bit too much but on the whole the store is structured well. New parking charge is an awesome addition as it means you can finally walk to the store without suffocating in Birmingham-level quantities of carbon monoxide.

Great shop with friendly staff. Plenty of stock. Just be mindful that Tesco app can show something in stock when it isn't.

Prior to Jubilee weekend, the regime removed another half dozen manned tills and filled the space with bulk booze boxes. This on top of doubling the self service I.e. enforced unpaid employee opportunities, at the other end of the checkout area!! This is a provocation to people who want the work burden of shopping, to cease once we have selected from what the powers that be, deign to provide on their shelves. e.g. its June and we still have Senegalese spring onions?. Hot deli shut etc etc. Its a fair drive to Sainsburys guys but just one or two items denied at Tesco can make it worth it, especially when manned tills are provided. I have thought if enough people are annoyed they could do worse than turn up with another 11 and spend an hour self serving as a group.

Most standard checkouts removed and self checkout stations installed. These are to low and cause back pain and also not wheel chair friendly. The store has a rasist safety policy as it only provides safety announcements in english. Untidy store with shelf stacking materials blocking isles.

On every occasion I have visited this store, I am greeted by friendly, approachable staff always happy to help- despite the pressures they face with what appears to be a lower staff ratio and more self- serve tills.
