After reading a few negative comments I had a few reservations about ordering from this site. What a mistake that would have been. Very fast delivery and a Yucca Filifera that exceeded my expectations. Once in the ground it must still be 7-5 to 8ft tall. A beautiful healthy specimen and pride of place in my garden. The delivery driver was extremely helpful and polite. I don't doubt some people may be unfortunate to have a bad experience but I am certainly not one of them and will consider what other plants from them would look good in my garden.

Purchase a plant and followed guidance, sadly after communicating that it has not survived as I was told, the communication has ceased from their end. I was hoping for a solution as it cost £90 and at one points I was told it obviously wasn’t what I wanted! I was horrified to hear this as given I bought it!! Having made some large purchases in the past, without issue I had hoped to continue this.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I feel great professional service should be rewarded. Allan responded very quickly regarding my initial enquiry, I then purchased a lovely 9.5ft Wagnerianus and added myself to the waiting list for another. The delivery happened the next day, wow. The delivery driver was very friendly and even helped with the planting. I would definitely recommend this company.

Great buying experience. I was sent photos of Polaskia cacti I was interested in by Allan the manager and was able to choose from these. The cactus looked good in the pics but was even more magnificent in the flesh so to speak. Paul the driver was helpful, polite and friendly. An extremely satisfactory buying experience all around. Wanted to say a huge thank you for my Dickinson palm which was delivered to me a couple of weeks ago by a fantastic gentleman.He kept me up to date by phone re my delivery to me and he could not have been more helpful-carried the tree to where I wanted it placed in the garden -all in a cheerful manner and then I asked loads of questions about looking after it and he was brilliant and very knowledgable and patient. I have used this company before and have always been happy. I ordered an old olive tree for my back garden. I was a bit concerned about it fitting down a passageway to my back garden and Allan at Palm Tree answered all my concerns promptly. When it arrived it was too tall and heavy to move down the passageway weighing at least a ton. Their delivery driver Luke was an absolute star and wrestled with this tree with my partner for almost two hours to get it into my back garden and positioned it right by the planting space. He really went well beyond what you would expect as good service which makes this company really stand out in this day and age of 'kerbside' pallet delivery service. I really can't recommend this company enough, i now have a beautiful happy old olive pride of place in my little garden, thank you Palm Tree for sending me Luke as i'm sure any other company would have just left me staring at it on my driveway. All that and FREE delivery.

Dicksonia Antarctica arrived and was delivered by a really friendly driver who helped me get it into the garden. Allan is very helpful and replies to every e mail with honest helpful advice. The palm tree company sold me a 12” tree fern recently which was delivered by them to sunny Scotland and the delivery was faultless with the day it was turning up emailed to me and the driver telling me tips on how to plant it and how best to feed and look after it and I’m really pleased with how it’s turning out and can guarantee it was much bigger than expected. Purchased two grape vines. They arrived when promised and well packaged with lots of leaves. Most of the leaves fell off the same week (ek panic), but both bounced back and now (several months later) both are thriving and one has a small bunch of grapes which we didn't expect so soon! We recently purchased and took delivery of a Dicksonia Antarctica Tree Fern. We are absolutely delighted with it and with the level of service we have received. I am always a little sceptical when buying something like this online but, I have to say, I should have had no concerns. Firstly, the pictures on the website do not do the fern justice, it is amazing. The size of the trunk is as described and the fronds are beautiful. The delivery service was fantastic, with delivery being much earlier than expected. The driver contacted us ahead of time to ensure we would be around to receive delivery and was very helpful and pleasant when he arrived. The fern now has pride of place in the middle of our decking and has brought new life to the area. Thank you from a very satisfied customer.

Highly recommended. I was let down by 2 other online plant retailers this month and then thankfully I found the Palm Tree Company. Their plants are excellent quality and ethically sourced. Communication was great and I received my plants on the day they specified. Delivery is free for mainland UK, which I was particularly delighted with, as I'm normally penalised for being in the Scottish Highlands. Delivery chap was very polite, helpful and professional. Bought several plants from here now mainly palms and bananas, free delivery driver’s either call in the morning or tx the night before and are always helpful. Actually rang Chris the manager to tell him how amazing his palms are as bought some online from a couple of other places and have taken ages to turn up and been poor quality. I’ll only use them now. Amazing service! I emailed a couple of times to ask questions about types of pomegranate tree, and received very helpful and quick replies. The two trees I purchased arrived quickly and I'm very happy with them - the sizes are amazing for the price, and they seem happy and healthy.
