We have recently had a superb 3 night stay at The Gaydon. Kate and Keith are wonderful hosts and go the extra mile. Breakfasts are brilliant and all freshly cooked to order. Definitely the best B&B we have ever stayed in and we will be back. Thank you.

The best bed and breakfast we have ever stayed in.. From the moment we arrived to when we left we were warmly welcomed with a smile and nothing was too much trouble.. Really down to earth genuine people.. We booked this weekend as a little treat for our 30th wedding anniversary, when we arrived both Kate and Keith welcomed us into our room number 6 downstairs with a sea view room.. they had put up a congratulations banner and bought us a little bottle of bubbly with a card wishing us a happy anniversary.. How lovely is that.. Our room was immaculately clean, the bed was a super king and very comfortable.. Loved the electric blinds.. The breakfasts were fresh and tasty.. Plenty to eat.. Home made muffins were to die for.. Keith would have fed us all day long. A lovely quiet area with plenty of free street parking.. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again.

We had seen the reviews before we arrived, everything is true. Our room was great No 4 the Africa room. Such a lovely room. Too many elephants to count. Breakfast was 1st class but the stars of the show are Keith and Kate. Their friendless is effortless, nothing was too much trouble. We could easily park in the street across from the BB. Minute walk to the sea front and 15min walk into town. Graet location for Blackpool and Lytham.

This trip to Blackpool with my 94 year old mother was made quite exceptional by the great care and attention given by Kate and Keith! Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was splendid and catered specifically for our needs. The complimentary glass of Sherry in the evening was a real treat and much appreciated. The rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean with the most comfortable enormous beds and crisp white linen. A perfect place to stay.

Barbara and I had a wonderful stay at the Gaydon. Warm welcome from Keith and Kate, very comfortable room/lovely beds, delicious breakfast. Would definitely recommend, and if ever in the area again would most decidedly visit the Gaydon again Margaret & Barbara

We have just returned from a 2 night stay here and all I can say is wow!! What a hidden little gem! We stayed as a family of 4 and had the pleasure of the 2 bedroom suite, it was spotless and had everything we could ask for. The breakfast was beautiful and my girls especially loved the Pancakes! We cannot thank Keith and Kate enough for all they did. Would 100% recommend!

Excellent from start to finish was the only way to describe our stay. The room was perfect and spotlessly clean, The breakfast in the morning was cooked to perfection and better than many a hotel we have stayed in. Keith and Katie made you feel so welcome. The location was spot on -- access to sea -- buses at top of road and easy access to both Lytham and St Anne's. If I could give it 11 / 10 I would have. We would certainly love to return in the future. Thanks for such a relaxing few days

Keith & Kate are superb hosts & their private hotel is a tremendous product. The ability to make guests feel at ease in unfamiliar surroundings is a skill that not many owners of similar establishments possess. I am comfortable to rate The Gaydon as one of the very best that I have had experience of in recent years.

Just stopped at the Gaydon for two nights,was an unexpected Xmas gift from our daughter. But what made it more special is the welcome you get from Kate and Keith.The room was absolutely immaculate.so clean and welcoming. The breakfast is to die for,everything you want you can have.Please,please try this place,you won't be disappointed.

We stayed at The Gaydon with our infant daughter and a group of friends during New Year's Eve weekend. Keith and Kate were the most fantastic hosts! Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and came with a pack-and-play and baby bath (how thoughtful!). As others have said, the breakfast is delicious, and was much appreciated by our group after attending a wedding. Thank you Keith and Kate for a lovely weekend, and for your kindness and generosity!

My husband and I recently spent 3 nights at The Gaydon. Everything about The Gaydon was perfect from cleanliness of rooms, excellent choice at breakfast and of course Keith and Kate were very good hosts. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Lovely stay at the Gaydon for 4 nights and we can honestly say this is one of the best B & B's we have stayed in. Kate and Keith are fabulous hosts and could not do enough for us as well as other guests staying at their hotel. Breakfasts were cooked to perfection and my dietary requirements were met without any fuss. Our room was clean, verycomfortable and tastefully decorated. We highly recommend the Gaydon to stay when at Lytham St Annes you would not be disappointed.

We had a lovely stay at this delightful B and B and our hosts Kate and Keith were cheery and friendly and nothing was a trouble to them .. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful in a cosy breakfast room and the ground floor room we stayed in was spacious and spotlessly clean…. I have stayed here twice in a short time. First with my friend and second with my husband. Everything was great. Lovely, clean fresh rooms. Vet comfortable beds with good quality bed linen. The best thing was the great hosts and breakfast and the small sherry in the foyer in the evening was very welcome!

On arrival we were welcomed by Keith in a very pleasant manner, Keith showed us to our lovely room, very nicely furnished, twin beds on request, plus a very nice en-suite bathroom, coffee and tea making facilities were available. Our room was cleaned to a very high standard on arrival and each day. A full English breakfast was on offer together with a range of fruits, juices, yogurts, toast jam and marmalade, coffee or tea. Keith and Kate with their attention to detail, and the care and consideration given to all guests was excellent. Thank you for our stay we enjoyed it so much.

The Gaydon is the best place to stay, lovely location,fabulous clean rooms, Kate's breakfasts are to die for,Keith insists you have more even when your full to burst.Keith and Kate are the nicest couple you could stay with,they go above and beyond to make your stay the best,I am so glad to have found this lovely B&B it's truly beautiful,already looking forward to staying again

Have you ever stayed anywhere where you are treated as a friend rather than a paying guest? No, neither had we until last week when we stayed at the Gaydon. Add to that rooms that are warm and comfortable, breakfasts that are all you could wish for, and (nice touch this), a complementary glass of sherry every evening, it all adds up to an experience quite unlike most others. If you find yourself in St Annes, stay at the Gaydon, I guarantee you won't regret it.

We have stayed a few times at the Gaydon and have always found it exceptional, from a great breakfast to clean and modern rooms. Kate and Keith are wonderful hosts with nothing too much trouble to attend to your needs.

If I could give the Gaydon more than 5 stars I would. What a outstanding B and B this is. From a friendly and lovely couple who run it, to immaculate rooms, to complimentary cherry on an evening, to also their own little touchs - such as providing face flannels in the room, to biscuits and hot chocolate, and scissors to help open the milk, coffee and tea. I would defiantly recommend here, and will definitely stay here myself again

Sunny weekend away with family, lovely hosts Keith and Kate couldnt have made use more welcome. Beautiful room, immaculately clean everywhere and lot of little extras. Breakfast cooked to perfection and the best muffins (home made)

We stayed for 2 nights and had the African room, it was a lovely room very clean. Keith and Kate described why it was the African room which was a lovely touch. On an evening there was a glass of sherry for each guest and breakfast was lovely. Keith and Kate have thought of everything to make our stay a lovely one. Thry were very welcoming and we be going back.

Just spent 3 nights here with my hubby, excellent little b+b, spotlessly clean, rooms cleaned and fresh towels everyday. Kate and Keith are absolutely lovely lovely people and very informative about anything you want to know about the area breakfast was to die for Nd sets you up for the day. Plenty of lovely walking done especially along the front to Lytham. I'm sure we will be returning

We stayed for our 51st wedding anniversary in room 6, which was lovely. The room was spacious with 2 comfortable chairs and large tv. The room and en suite were spotlessly clean, big bed, lovely quality bedding. Breakfast was excellent. Will definitely be staying again. Keith and Kate were lovely hosts, could not have done more.

We were pleasantly surprised by the accommodation. The hotel decor is wonderful , especially loved our room with its Elephant theme, the polished solid wood furniture was a joy to see after so many flat pack assembled furniture in most of the hotels I’ve stayed in . The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The hosts were really pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. The location was very good , very close to the sea and a short walk to local shops. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again.
