Absolutely amazing place. Everything you could need is catered for. The pods are clean and quirky. The communal lodge is fantastic with a little kitchen and huge dining area overlooking the fishing lake. The toilets and showers that were immaculate. I really couldn't fault it.

Just had two day break in a pod and it was so relaxing. The staff are lovely, helpful and welcoming. The toilets and showers were spotless, kitchen facilities are open 24hrs and include kettle, toaster and microwave. The views and walks around lake are great. Look forward to returning next time with grandchildren and friends.

We stayed one night and had a lovely time. It was very quiet and relaxing. The pod was very comfy. We took a walk around the fishing lake, saw some of the farm animals on site (chicken, sheep and there are a lot of rabbits) and started a campfire/barbecue in front of our pod. This place is ideal for people who enjoy glamping and want to unwind away from the city. Don't forget to bring everything you need for your stay (cutlery, bedsheets, chairs...). You can also purchase or hire additional items on site if needed.

Had a lovely 2 night break with my girlfriend. Staff were friendly and helpful, they were also easily accessible through phone numbers left in the pods. It was very quiet and peaceful for the duration of the stay, we spent the first night walking around the farm and ponds before having a small campfire by the pod. The only downside is lack of charging ports in the pods (they do offer charging facilities in the main cabin however). Only a minor inconvenience to an otherwise lovely stay. Would definitely return! 😊

Had a great days fishing at Stanley Villa. First time visiting and I can't wait to get back. Lovely and clean lake and facilities, friendly staff and then fish are in great condition. I managed 10 carp to low double. House pellets definitely get them on the feed so get on it 👍 highly recommend the lake to anyone wanting a good days fishing 👌🎣

Oh man, this place is truly amazing... It's like a little glamping community, there was loads of other families and everybody was so nice to each other it was fantastic! BBQ fire pit with each pod was an absolute pleasure to see. Everything a stone throw away from everything else, facilities on site, each pod has beds and are cozy, shop on site, fishing on site about £15 per rod. I even managed to catch one having not fished in 20 years. Ice cream was delicious!! Greg's close by, and during our stay there was a van for food and breakfast! It really was the best weekend we've had this year, Alex and Stella huge shout out to you guys for the most welcoming brilliant stay, thank you! 👍🫶👌😁🎣🎉🔥

Absolutely wonderful place. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Pods are clean and tidy. The communal hut is warm and tidy and the effort they have put in to decorate for Halloween was amazing. Great place and will definitely be back. Thank you.

Lovely place, very peaceful. Staff were all great and helpful. Took a 4 year old and she loved it, close to Blackpool, but also nice to stay and do the fire pit and play games. Will definitely stay again

Just back from a couple of nights in a pod. Our third time. Just the two of us and the dog. We absolutely love it here, ( whatever the weather!) The pods are so lovely and cozy, nothing better than setting up the BBQ and sitting chilling around the fire pit with a beer after a day exploing all the places to visit near by, and a lovely walk around the lake. Everything is spotlesly clean and well maintained and it's perfect for families. Can't wait to bring our little Grandson. Would highly recommend.

Day out fishing on this beautiful lake. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Excellent facilities, Excellent prices, Lots of beautifully kept Carp to catch, so far upto 19lb weighed caught (what we caught). Nature at its best, great views and scenery. Next up to try the Pods!

We had a great time when we visited Stanley Villa . The Pods are very basic , with only 2 single beds in them, but this is all made clear when booking. Our pod was clean, but the only downside was that the window didn't open, and it was exceptionally warm when we stayed. Facilities in the communal hut were great and nice and comfy to sit in . Not far from Blackpool to go day trips , there are shops nearby to get food, etc and also restaurants & food places if you don't fancy cooking or a BBQ.

Such a Beautiful Place to stay. Very peaceful and has a noise cutoff at 9.30pm and no sitting outside the Pods after 11pm. Staff and Management so friendly and Camping Pods lovely just two single beds with mattresses that you can push together to make a double and a heater and a portable torch. No electric sockets in the Pods. Also a firepit outside where you can hire firewood packs. Lack of mobile coverage which makes it a place you can relax and get away from it all. There's also a small shop which sells hot drinks and basic food you might need and the most gorgeous ice cream with different flavours. There is a building with toilets and showers, fridges and freezers to store your food. Seating inside with tables overlooking the fishing lake. Lovely walk round the fishing lake. Definitely going to book again as this place is so tranquil. Thank you so much Alex and the team you do a fantastic job.

Had a great time at Stanley Villa Farm. We stayed in one of the pods for 2 nights. Great facilities and Tom was great. He greeted us with a big smile and was really welcoming. We enjoyed bbqs and marshmallows by the fire during our stay. Also Dog friendly which is a plus. We did have an unfortunate incident with the gardener, as he knocked over some of our outdoor games and was then extremely rude to us. But Tom apologised on his behalf and did his best to resolve the issue. Apart from that we really enjoyed our stay. Lovely lake and beautiful grounds, very peaceful. Take a trip to St Anne’s beach while you are there, just a 15 min drive away.

Thanks to the whole team we will be back. 🎣🔥❤️

Our one night stay n POD 1 was brilliant. When we arrived we were greeted by a very smiley friendly chap called Tom. He let us settle then checked in on us to make sure we were OK his customer servicecwas 1st class. The pod was lovely and warm and we made it a home for the night in minutes. The weather broke and we popped our little camping stove on and warmed up some mulled wine and sat in peace watching the world go by next to our well supplied fire pit.. We fired the log burning hot tub up and even on a cold November night the hot tub got extremely hot that hot we had to top it up with cold water ( hose pipe connected up right next to the hot tub ) We sat in it for an hour stating at the clear night sky drinking some bubbles.. Hot baked potatoes for supper done in the fire pit. Tip, had partially cooked and wrapped in foil before we arrived. Amazing staff, lovely views, hot tub was ace.

First of all I apologise to the staff for being the worse customer ever! I had to change the date of my booking several times , and I even turned up on the wrong day a day too early ! However in all off that the staff were so accommodating and helpful and they were still able to put put me up in the glamping pods, which are really nice, well looked after and clean, plus the additional fire pit and other items which made it a better experience too! Really relaxing night away. Thanks again to all the staff and the lovely lady who helped us out on Friday night !

What an amazing time we had. Such accommodating, friendly and professional staff. Amazing. Every need is met. It's a perfect place to forget the city/town life whether it's for fishing or just like us, a little night away. " Your own little retreat." Just beautiful. Definitely going back.
